Hôtel près de Stade de Panaad, Bacolod, Bacolod

« The place needs to be cleaned. We killed two roaches during our stay. And there is no proper instruction how to get inside. »

« I hate to say it. It’s an absolutely nothing like it shows on Expedia. Can’t recommend anything good about it. No hot water in shower. Two showers broken. Just very run down place. I feel I was misled and wish I got a refund. Stayed there for one hour and left to a new place. Absolutely nothing like I expected »

« Overall stay was pleasant. I will come back. »

« Perhaps this hotel was a place to be in the 80’s… Old building, overrated. We have been botheres from the 1st minute by calls for massage, mgt check,… really not on purpose. They claim for 1500 PHP cash advance, no credit card allowed as anywhere else… and there is nothing in the minibar. Checkin/out is long just because of that. Swimming pool is shared with locals for 500 PHP, including food and drinks. Just imagine how comfortable it is for guests. No hot water, had to call reception, a guy...

« I had a good stay . Most of the staff are nice , other than the a few front desk employees. Few ladies at front desk got some attitude and hardly smile . They’re not so welcoming at all . But the rest of the staff housekeeping and the kitchen crew are nice . Food is great as well . Thanks you all . »

« The property is clean and the service is great. Host/staff are very responsive and accomodating. »

« Huge room. Clean and nice »

« Staff are very helpful and friendly..the property is not good but its just ok for a minimal cost.standard room are so small to just fit in one small bed small stuff for every thing..including bathroom.hehehhe. »
