« The Staff had moments of niceness but not the best. Asked for linen change on bed ad they made the bed with the same linen that I told them smelled a little sweaty after 4 days and we told them no need for rooms= service except the one day we asked. We asked for them to sweep nothing, so I asked to borrow a broom and I swept. That was part of the request I made for the one day of room service requested. « The kids loved the pool and the lazy river. There were plenty of activities in town for cold or rainy days. The beach nearby was so beautiful. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. We liked the big room and the balcony. The big fridge was a good addition. »
