The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A good extended stay, but needs some TLC. Not at all happy for being blamed for a microwave issue. All lights need to be working before rental. Toilet in bedroom on kitchen side doesn't flush well - should be replaced with an ADA toilet. Screen on West window is totally destroyed and should just be removed. Corbel on South wall is pulling out and is likely to fall. Other than that - no issues. Maintenance team was responsive.

Beautiful condo and view

The condo was beautiful and exactly as pictured and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need. We would definitely stay here again!! There are a couple of complaints though- With the unit, the ice maker on the refrigerator doesn’t work, there is an ice maker in the laundry room but it was so black and mildewed that we only used it for ice in the coolers, it needs to be cleaned really bad. We had to buy bagged ice for drinks. As for the complex, there are 2 elevators and 1 was out the first 4 days we were there. As for property management, you can’t call and talk to anybody, your communication is strictly email. A unit 3 floors above us flooded and water was coming in our bathroom ceiling around the light fixture and the exhaust fan and there was no way to contact them. Management did eventually make rounds and came to see if we had any issues because of the flooding.

Beautiful condo, fantastic area

This condo is extremely spacious and beautiful! Biggest complaints: at least one elevator was always down. One time we had to climb stairs to 16th floor! Washer needs a stool so short people can reach inside to get clothes. Dryer was awful! Needs to be repaired so it will dry better. Has extra ice machine, but it was filthy and didn’t make much ice. Ice maker in fridge never made ice. Tv remote batteries need to be changed. Would definitely stay again!

Was told at 2:00 pm that the room would be finished in the next 30 minutes finally at 4:45 the room was finally cleaned. We shouldn’t have to wait that long to get in a room when check out is at 9 o’clock in the morning, especially when promised that it would be ready by 2:30 by the cleaning staff. Also let the property manager know they were several things that was broken in the unit was towed that on Monday they would get in contact with us to come make repairs. Never heard from anybody from the property management about getting anything repaired.

Super nice condo

Condo was exactly as described in the description. Very spacious well decorated. Accommodated my family pool was super helpful being that my dad is handicapped and is in a wheelchair. The lift to get in and out of the pool was amazing. Made my dads experience even that much better considering he hasn’t been able to get into a swimming pool in quite a few years.

Beautiful Condo

This is a well maintained and beautiful property. It is very spacious and in a great location for families away from many of the college spring break hangouts. There was initially a discrepancy in the accuracy of the listing, but once the owner was notified, this was corrected. Be aware that you will receive communication from the property manager and their customer service staff. It is helpful to remember who you are speaking to if any issues arise. The absolute only downside to this property is the lack of a hot tub. If that is not important to you, I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Awesome family vacation!

My husband and I, along with our kids and their friends spent a wonderful week at this property. It is absolutely beautiful and as advertised. We had a total of 10 people and could have easily brought a couple extra friends with more than enough room. Highly recommend this property and will return!

Beach trip 2022

First of all, would like to say anytime at the beach is always fun! The condo was very spacious for our group with plenty of room for all. Views from the balcony are spot on. The place was well decorated and cared for. Pictures of the place are pretty close to what is advertised on the website. Communication with ECDI and with owner was very hard to get answers from but wasn't a deal breaker. Small things that needed to be fixed were the shower leaked around the glass that's in the 2nd bedroom with the king bed. The towel holders to both 2nd and 3rd bedroom were loose and need to be fixed, maybe putting a chair in the bedroom with the two queens to make it more functional for those staying in that room.... but minor details. Parking was easy. Security personnel were very helpful, kitchen well stocked, utility room was nice with the icemaker. All in all, the place was VERY nice and would like to have the opportunity to stay here again.
