This place was perfect. Plenty of beds for us. Was the perfect layout for the three families we had there. Really convenient to the beach. Super family friendly area. The pool was nice and warm. Would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Loved this location, just across from the beach. Great if you’re looking for some individual spaces for multiple families. A kitchen area downstairs, kitchen and living area upstairs, and then two separate units join the house. I wish there was a bigger living space for everyone to get together. My kids loved the pool!!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The home was exactly what we expected and perfect for multiple families. We had both sets of grandparents and two families with kids, and everyone was able to stay comfortably. The layout made it easy for us to gather in the kitchen each morning for breakfast and enjoy meals together throughout the day.While the house isn’t directly on the beach, there are three convenient beach access points nearby, making it quick and easy to get to the sand and water. A great bonus was the shed full of beach toys and gear, which made our trips to the beach even more fun.Overall, this rental was the perfect spot for our family vacation, and we’d happily stay here again!

Great Spot! Easy beach access!

Beautiful House! This beach house had plenty of space for me & my family of 16. The beach access was just across the street & the kids loved the pool. There was plenty of toiletries, towels, blankets, pillows & kitchen items to use. You don’t usually get that from most places I’ve stayed at. I would have to say that the only downside is that the laundry machine was outside which was a bit of a hassle & there was a few cockroaches roaming about. There was also lot of mosquitoes in the area so it was hard to enjoy the pool at night but other than that, my family really did enjoy our stay here.

Cute compound

This “compound” was perfect for our group. I love the separate units with each it’s own bath and kitchen. It is great for a large group. Decor is great. Beds and pillows were comfy. Could use more cooking tools and at least one extra roll of tp per bathroom. Wish there was a hot tub in the back yard…but other than that great. Oh, downstairs shower in main house drained really slowly. So that needs attention

Our stay was very clean, and it had a beautiful location.Everything was as listed on the website, close to the beach, amount of rooms,etc. Would definitely recommend to friends, staff was friendly and the house was located in the center,accessible to most attractions !

Thunder on the Beach

Very nice property with plenty of room. Spiral staircase needs to be upgraded with larger than 18" steps. Property managers not doing their job, no soap in one bathroom, light bulb out by bed, food left in deep freezer from previous guest, and killed 5 small roaches in 2nd house. Location was good, and residents was great other than above mentioned areas.

Can't beat the location to the beach!

Amazing location just steps away from the beach! Convenient access to grocery, shops, and quick food options. The house setup fit our needs wonderfully giving everyone their own space while still allowing us all to come together around the kitchen table for meals or hang out by the heated pool. Ravi addressed all issues that came up quickly and was great to work with. Definitely recommend this house!

There are things that need to be fixed. Hard to get bags up the stairs. These things might not be as much of a inconvenience for younger people. We are all almost 70. He did get things when we asked.

Family fun

This property is great for family gatherings and vacation. Each family had their own "apartment" and we had an area where we could come together as one big family. The pool was wonderful. The ocean was just across the street. It was wonderful. This property made our vacation very enjoyable and fun. The owners were very responsive and eager to help us any way they could. Definitely going back!

Lots of room for plenty of people with only complaint being that they cleaning crew did not do a good job. For example, sand in the beds and dirt on floors. Would stay here again but ask for cleaning prior to arrival.

Perfect location!

This was a first vacation with all the family and it exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect and the walk across the road to the beach was great with little kids. Our rental host was always quick to answer any question or problem we had. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Comfort away from Home

The location of the property and the owners are absolutely the best. We had access to the entire property, everyone had their own space and we loved every minute of this location. We had something come up and the owner had the staff out within the hour correcting the issue! This place is a must for Panama City, it is so perfect to all the hotspots near the strip and the beach.

Great place for large family gathering!

Renting was easy. Great access to host family for our questions and help with our needs. Excellent location for access to the beach and to stores. There was a main house plus two additional cottages which easily housed our 16 member party. Everything was clean and very nice. Four kitchen areas with all the needed appliances. Charcoal grill and fire pit by the pool! Access to washer and dryer. We had a marvelous time! Loved the place!!
