Absolutely immaculate. So well taken care of and clean. Cute decorations and plenty of room. We had 4 teenagers and 2 adults and were very comfortable here. Suzanne was so kind and responded quickly to anything we needed. We loved our week here and will for sure come again! We have no complaints at all!

Friendly, responsive owner and peaceful property

Our family had a great time staying in this villa. Suzanne was super responsive and helpful from the start of the reservation through the checkout process. The property has a great view of a pond with dozens of turtles that we enjoyed feeding every day and has quick access to multiple pools. The only downside is the property is located at the back of the complex so when only one golf cart was running you often had to walk but not the fault of the owner. Overall, would highly recommend renting from Suzanne for a relaxing vacation. Thank you!

Baseball, beach & bonding

We stayed in PCB for a baseball tournament with beach time in between. This was perfect for our stay. The 2nd floor end unit was quiet, easily accessible, near a beach tram stop, pool and entrance. Owners were responsive and communicated checkin and resort accommodations.

Beautiful condo!

We had a really short stay at this condo for our daughter soccer tournament, location was perfect, really close to the fields and the beach! The condo had everything we needed and was really cozy and comfortable. We wished our stay was a little longer to fully enjoy the resort, so we will definitely be back at this condo in the future!! Suzanne was really helpful throughout the whole trip planning and stay. Thank you!!

Great Location to Convention Center

The condo was very close to the convention center. We stayed a week. Condo was very nice and spacious. The owner was AMAZING! She was in constant communication with me from the beginning of our stay till even after we left when I realized my daughter left an entire drawer full of clothes behind. Only thing I would add is maybe some more towels in each bathroom. There were only a couple of towels per bathroom, so I had to wash them daily. I highly recommend this property.

not bad, but needs new cleaning crew

Overall We enjoyed our stay, the property had a broken bed, which owner let us know right away. Owner had someone come fix bed as soon as they could. We did enjoy the property and its location was amazing. Just a golf cart ride away from the beach. I do wish cleaning crew had done a better job. We seen stains on couches some trash under beds and mold in master shower ect. We'd stay again if i knew cleaning was better and furniture was upgraded

Good time

We really enjoyed our stay in PCB at this resort. Close to everything and the trolley that takes you back and forth was great. The condo was spacious and loved the beach decor. Owners are very good about communicating ! Only issue we ran into was the cleanliness. When we got to the condo the cleaning lady was running late when we were informed of. She was leaving as we were getting there and it seemed like it was a little rushed because there was still sand all over the floors/furniture etc. and the master Bath did not seem like it was properly cleaned. We pay a lot to stay here and you just kind of expect it to be ready for you and not feel like another family just left. That’s kind of what it felt like to us which was a little disappointing other than that we did love the condo. Great place for a large family !

Family Dance Nationals

Suzanne's home was a great home base for our beach vacation and dance nationals. It's well appointed and has a lot of space to spread out. When a few issues arose, she was super fast to respond. Edgewater in general was a fun vibe with many great amenities!

Beautiful Property, Great Location

The property is top notch, clean and well maintained, and good communication with the owner. Our family really enjoyed watching the wildlife around the pond. Also, it is very centrally located for all of the area attractions. On the other hand, the resort itself was a bit money grubbing - charging for things that are normally included such as pool umbrellas and even shuffleboard.

Spring Break with family

Everything was awesome! we had some neighborhood excitement due to it being spring break, lots of activities going on! Everyone on the property was great, extremely friendly & helpful. We felt safe letting our teenagers roam freely most of the trip, definitely recommend & will consider staying here again! Also excellent communication from the homeowners helping us navigate thru local roads during some closures. Very helpful & friendly!!

Excellent Accommodations

Our rental property was just as described and perfect for our group of 6. Lots of room, decorated nice (brings the beach feel to your place), and located close to everything you need, including the beach. The shuttles to and from the beach are very handy and the heated pools around the resort are also a nice option. The only downside to the resort is that they charge you to use the gym and tennis courts. The majority of the tennis courts even sat empty the whole time. The gym is decent with yoga studio, multiple treadmills, ellipticals and bikes, good selection of free motion machines, dumbbells up to 50 lbs but only ONE small adjustable bench. Other than that, it was perfect.

Excellent stay at Edgewater Resort

We stayed at Suzanne’s townhome in February. The townhome was clean and the pictures accurately depict the unit. We loved the beach decor of the unit. The kitchen is extremely well stocked compared to other rentals we have done. Three bathrooms works out great for the three bedrooms. We all felt the beds were very comfortable. We loved staying on the villa side of the resort, everyone was very friendly, it seemed calm and quiet compared to the beach side! Even on cooler days the pools were heated great. The crossover to the beach seat is slick. We enjoyed our meals that we did eat out at Edgewater Ocean restaurant. Being able to park right outside the townhome and not in a parking ramp was appreciated! Suzanne responded to any questions by text pretty much immediately, I felt very comfortable renting from her. We would not hesitate to rent her townhome again, I highly recommend the townhome and the Edgewater Resort.

Great condo!

The condo was very clean and very well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked up. The condo itself is very spacious and has enough room for everyone. The communication with the owner was great! She even informed us about the upcoming storm. Thank you Suzanne! We would definately stay there again!

Edgewater villa

Loved the villa! Very large and spacious, plenty of beds and beautifully decorated. It was very easy to catch a golf cart ride to the beach. The area where the villa was located was quiet and easy to get in and out of the property. Only Complaint was the floors were kind of dirty and needed a good mopping. Other than that it was perfect!
