Cette unité au 8Úme étage est assez grande pour une réunion de famille. L'unité de 3 chambres à 2 salles de bain peut accueillir un total de 8, parfait pour les grandes familles. Assurez-vous de poser des questions sur notre espace de stationnement privé réservé également!

KID-FRIENDLY, avec un roi dans le maßtre, la reine dans la 2Úme chambre, et des lits superposés dans la troisiÚme chambre (plein sur le fond, twin sur le dessus).

Pour 2019, nous offrons un service de chaise de plage DOUBLE!

Vous recevrez 4 chaises avec deux parasols mis en place chaque jour Ă  la plage!

Si vous avez un petit bébé, nous fournissons également un lit de bébé Pack N Play et une chaise haute gratuitement (veuillez en faire la demande au moment de la réservation).

Situé au 8Úme étage, juste assez haut pour éviter le bruit d'en bas, mais assez bas pour entendre les vagues de l'océan.

Sautez toutes les étapes «check-in» et «check-out» lorsque nous vous donnons un code d'accÚs sans clé à votre condo et au garage avant de quitter votre domicile.

Perfect weekend getaway to celebrate my birthday!

First, let me say that Jenny is amazing! I was able to text her with any concerns and questions before arriving at the Calypso and once we arrived! There were a few very MINOR issues upon arrival including the deadbolt lock and water filter in the fridge but these issues were resolved within 12 hours of arriving and Jenny made sure everything was fixed. Outside of these minor issues, the unit was beautiful and looked exactly like the online pictures. I felt warm and comfortable (despite it being quite cold for Florida) in the unit and it was a perfect choice to celebrate my 40th birthday with my boyfriend and two of my best friends. There was ample space for 4 people and could easily fit up to 8 with the use of the bunk beds and pull out sofa. The best feature is of course the balcony where we could sit and relax with a drink watching both the sun rise and sunset each day. I had never been to the Gulf of Mexico/western Florida before and it did not disappoint. It was quite cold and windy for early December that far south but we will definitely be back when its a bit warmer. We did not rent a car and were able to walk to Fresh Market, Target, Starbucks, etc for anything we needed for the long weekend. It was easy to grab a lyft ride to and from the PCB airport as well. Lots of local shopping and restaurants nearby! Overall, I absolutely LOVED this property and Jenny who was beyond helpful throughout the process. We plan on coming back when its a bit warmer to partake in

Beach Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was a great size for 5 adults. Wonderful location, walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and fishing pier. The only negative was not enough dish towels in kitchen. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Perfect Condo/Perfect View of PCB

We searched for months to find the perfect condo/view for the 4th of July fireworks for our son to enjoy his special trip. THIS IS IT! The view is AMAZING!! We've never seen fireworks so close and for so long! The condo itself is beautiful and very clean! Communication with Nickey and Jenny was top notch from beginning to end! We enjoyed the beach and chair/umbrella setup each day! The pools are great! And the Tiki Bar for adults is a MUST! They have very friendly staff! The only negative is about the building...it is old, and the elevators are very slow. So, have a lot of patience going to and from rooms or lobby.

Great Stay

Jenny and Nickey have several properties to fit any group of people. We usually stay away from the crowd but this year we decided to stay in the mix. The condo was in perfect walking distance to Pier Park and anything you needed. We never took our car out of the garage. Their place was clean, efficient, nice and very comfortable and cozy! Everything we needed! And the 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas included iced the cake!! I’ll DEFINITELY be using Premium Beach Condos with Jenny and Nickey for my future beach visits!

Spacious condo in the perfect location.

Loved this condo. This was a quick get away fir myself and sister and my triplet 18 year olds. We were able to walk to Pier Park for shopping and eating. The beach was right there with a beautiful view from our balcony. 4 beach chairs were included which was nice to lounge on each day. The property was clean.

We had 4 adults and 4 kids (7-12) and it was perfect for us. We had (3) kids in the third bedroom and used the pull out couch for the 4th. Everything was clean and nicely appointed. Lots of seating on the patio and a great view from the 8th floor. Communication was absolutely fantastic and we knew beforehand everything that was provided, parking details, check in details, etc. Location is also great and we only had to use our cars a couple of times for off-site excursions. Pier park is walking distance and has plenty of food options every night. Highly recommend this property!

Great location

The entire booking/check-in processes were both so simple and the manager was very quick to answer questions. There were 7 adults (girls trip) and we had plenty of space. The location of the condo was PERFECT with many options of things to do. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to return soon!!

Great property for fun, shopping, dining, relaxing, etc. The apartment was clean and roomy and quiet. It is a short walk to Pier Park and many other options. Parking was easy once e we figured out how to scan the barcode correctly.

Very clean, well cared for Calypso condo!

This condo was the perfect place for our staycation. We had originally planned a camping trip but with the Uber cold winter blast that moved in, decided to rent a condo instead! Three teen boys and four adults were quite comfortable in this super clean condo. We loved not being too high up in the building. Having access to the reserved parking below the towers was an added bonus! Will definitely come back!

Fantastic!!

Beautiful, clean condo! Girls weekend trip for four empty nester, particular women. We all loved it and will book it again. Checkin/out was super easy. Management team was extremely responsive. Kitchen well equipped. Bunk bedroom didn’t have a closet but guest bedroom closet was big enough to share. Mattresses and pillows on all beds were comfy. Walking distance to restaurants and Pier Park. Never used the car. Family friendly. Tiki bar serves some food and small shop on ground floor with essentials and cute souvenirs. Fantastic place to stay.
