🏖️ Beach access:
- Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: Your closest beach access, about 0.55 mi (11 min walk / 2 min drive) away. It has about 50 parking spots, restrooms, and dining pavilions with charcoal grills, plus a long boardwalk (roughly a quarter mile) out to the beach. Entry is $3 per vehicle, payable on site or reserved ahead. Just note the gate closes at 6pm.
- Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access #8: About 1.03 mi (21 min walk) away. There's no car or cart parking here — new signage blocks cart parking along the south shoulder near the access, but there's a bike rack, and a pedestrian path runs along the south side of 30A.
- Seabreeze Beach Access #7: About 1.24 mi (26 min walk / 4 min drive) away. Park along the north shoulder of 30A near the entry and use the nearby crosswalk; there's a bike rack and outdoor shower, but no car/cart lot.

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 1 vehicle at the townhome directly in front of the garage door. There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Heads up for Fall and Winter! The pool at Prominence is heated Oct 1 - Nov 30 and during Christmas and New Years Eve.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
