RESERVE MAINTENANT!! Venez séjourner dans cette spacieuse villa de golf située dans la magnifique plage Edgewater et Golf Resort. Villa est joliment meublée et dispose de toutes les commodités et le confort de la maison. Villa est trÚs spacieuse avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain complÚtes. Salon a un canapé-lit confortable pour accueillir les invités supplémentaires. L'unité a été récemment mise à jour avec de nouvelles peintures, de nouveaux matelas sur chaque lit, de nouveaux tapis et de nouveaux meubles. L'une des nombreuses piscines sur le site est situé juste derriÚre l'unité. Vous vous asseyez sur le balcon et profitez de la belle vue sur la piscine. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée pour cuisiner à la maison ou si vous préférez, il y a plusieurs options de restauration sur le resort. Oceans Bar and Grill, si vous préférez plus d'une expérience culinaire haut de gamme, ou pour plus d'une atomosphÚre décontractée, le Bimini Sand Bar en bord de mer est toujours un bon choix. Le complexe dispose également d'un Pizza Hut, Starbucks Coffee et Edgie's Corner Market.

Les installations de loisirs comprennent une piscine de style lagon, 11 piscines supplémentaires et quatre bains à remous. Un court de shuffleboard et 11 courts de tennis sont également disponibles sur place. Il y a un centre de fitness, un centre de spa et bien sûr le parcours de golf Executive Par Three.

Il y a définitivement quelque chose pour tout le monde dans cet hÎtel! Trop d'équipements à la liste! Si vous trouvez le temps de quitter le complexe, vous trouverez Pier Park à 6 km. Le Pier Park abrite un grand centre commercial en plein air et abrite de nombreux restaurants, notamment le Margaritiville de Jimmy Buffett. Shipwreck Island Water Park est à distance de marche de la station avec beaucoup plus d'attractions!

Spacious Villa at Edgewater

Villa was laid out perfectly with plenty of space. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, nice kitchen and dining room, and spacious living room. There are 2 balconies with the main balcony off the living room that overlooks the pool and has a view of a pond and golf course. There is a pool and tram spot just outside the villa which is very convenient. This is the first time we stayed in a location that didn't have a ocean/beach view. The plus side to that is it is very quiet and less crowded, but you still have access to Edgewater pools and hot tubs and the tram will drive you to the gate of the beach. Unit is located on the 2nd floor. Plenty of parking space outside the unit. AC worked great and beds were comfortable. I loved the decor and look of the unit, personally not a big fan of the beach theme and colors so this was perfect. Owner responded to all of my questions and was very friendly and helpful! We stayed 8 days and our family had a wonderful trip!

I would highly recommend this place if you don’t need all the excitement from being on the beach your tucked away. Tim, the property manager was awesome. I annoyed him constantly with questions and he was so responsive. The only thing is you’re not on the beach, which didn’t bother me because I don’t have any small children.

We stayed only for the weekend. Overall, the location was not bad, and the condo was clean. We did not see the ocean so cannot speak about how far it is, but it did not seem to be in walking distance. Also, cannot speak to the resort itself since we did not get to see it or experience. I think the condo is comfortable for a family stay.

Edgewater Resort

Had a fabulous time! Close to several attractions and amazing restaurants. Just a quick ride to the beach by trams provided by the resort. The pools and golf course were great! Thanks Tim for a wonderful vacation experience.

Overall our stay was great! The villa was like a home away from home. Very easy to get around the complex and to the beach. The listing states that there are tennis courts and basketball courts available but you have to pay daily to rent them. The golf course, that’s understandable paying to play their par 3 course.

Great Location

The location is amazing and the main pool is beautiful. There is a heated pool directly behind the condo. When we arrived, there had been a miscommunication and the condo hadn’t been cleaned since the last renters, but fortunately I had laundry detergent and cleaning wipes and was able to get it cleaned up enough until the cleaner arrived the next day. Tim was very apologetic and made it right as quickly as possible. The bedrooms in the condo are great, but the living room area could use some updating and brightening up. Even with these factors, I would definitely stay here again (and likely will!)

Nice place but communication not so much

The place was nice but we were told that we had to have parking passes for the motorcycles and they would be twenty dollars a piece but we didn’t need them. We left them with security, after we paid the owner for them and now he has two that he doesn’t have to pay for. We contacted them about getting our forty bucks back but no one wants to return our emails about it. There were a few other things but I won’t list them on here because they weren’t a major issue.

Vacation at Panama City Beach

My husband, three teens (16 & 13 year old twins) and I along with another family of 3 stayed a week at the Villas at Edgewater. The condo is beautifully decorated and the owner Tim was great about communication regarding any questions that came up. There were a few things that I was disappointed in such as the condo not being as clean as I expected. The floors were not clean, there was trash left under one of the beds from the previous stay. The beds were very uncomfortable and made so much noise. Having the pool right outside of the condo can be a blessing and a curse because there were two separate occasions where people were loud and rowdy during the late nights. (The pool closes at midnight) I called the front desk office and they sent out security within a few mins on the first occasion but it took them 45 mins to arrive the second time. So it was almost 1am and there was a group of highly intoxicated adults that were screaming and laughing right outside of our condo. It was very frustrating. So, aside from this, the condo is very large, spacious and a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is a tram service that offers to drop off any guests right in front of the beach too. We enjoyed our week stay at Villas at Edgewater.
