I enjoyed it other than being harassed by the Robo cops in the subdivision , also they didn’t give me the codes or anything to the pools I had to call about that, the down stairs room with the bunk beds never got cold stayed hot , called maintenance they didn’t do anything about it so the kids slept miserable!!

The house is pretty but it was very unclean. The condition of the floors and furniture ruined our stay. Did not love the area either. So far from the beach! Zero view of ocean! I did call and complain & felt like staff did not care & was not apologetic about the cleanliness of the house. We will not stay with this rental company again!

House is even better in person! Very spacious and plenty of room for our group of 10! Wonderfully decorated as well. The bunk room was great for our group of teens that also contained the bean bags and tv. The location is nice and close to several beaches; no parking at the beaches so slight walk once you finally find a spot to park! The Big Chill is close and offers a lot but very busy, great for kids/teens. A few negatives of the house...if you plan to cook the kitchen is not well stocked, 90% of the cabinets are empty, had to get very creative and bake in a skillet. We're wine drinkers and not one wine glass in the house. Or glasses in general, just mason jars. There was only a Keurig upon arrival for a house that sleeps 14 but the rental mgmt company was very responsive and brought one right over. The listed "beach closet" is non-existent, there are 3 chairs and a couple umbrellas in the garage. The golf cart is a great perk but this one does need maintenance. The parking break light stays on the entire time and does not work, the alignment was also off and unless you have a death grip on the wheel the cart pulls way to the right. The check-in code does not work until a specific time which we adhered to, would have been nice if the cleaning crew didn't arrive early while we were still in the house at 9:45am, the policy should be for both sides. Overall great stay, great house, great location, just somethings to improve on for future guests.

Disappointing. Loved the house as far as space and beds. Couch could use a cleaning and stuffing. Location is very tight. Can barely park two cars in driveway. It was a beautiful house. Loved the Big Chill. No area for children unless we took them to front at Big Chill area. Kitchen needs a set of knives. A mixed set available and very very dull. No steak knives.Ice maker needs attention. Repairman found half full bucket but that was after more than 36 hours on Max Ice. Barely can make an evening cocktail. Could not fill water bottles etc. Had to buy bagged ice. Toaster burned half the contents and would not toast the other half. Smoked. We just unplugged it.Right side hand towel handle in master bath came off w first use it had been replaced wo being screwed back in place?Ants. Sprayed w no results. They then appeared in almost all the bathrooms. Not bad but they are there. No TV unless you stream. Good thing we had our adult children as we don’t stream. The biggest issue is that this rental contained no information that there would be NO BEACH ACCESS. Very difficult for older folks and one golf cart. And who knew we would have NO CELL SERVICE outside the house w Verizon. Would not rent in this area again. Advice is to stay in front near room for walking to pool and Big Chill. There are no cut throughs from the back row of houses.

Umm, where’s the BEACH?? 3.5 miles away!
Let me help you out….this is a lovely house, great layout, and an adorable community, BUT the description and beach pics are FAR from accurate! 2 weeks before arrival got an email, elevator broken….ok, not a deal breaker(too bad if it was, too late to cxl). 1 week before arrival, email, closest beach access, not open(ok, but even if it was, still not walking distance) nowhere did it say, no close beach access. In fact, under amenities, it says beach access. In a picture, an arrow is drawn pointing to the house and shows the beach. What it doesn’t show is the rod iron fence behind the property that prohibits accessing the beach! So the closest beach access, no parking(.5 miles), next closest, 2 miles (10 parking spots), the only beach the shuttle goes to, 3.5 miles, and the shuttle stops at 3:45! Ok, ok, we have a golf cart….umm, great but you can’t go further than 3 miles bc it’s battery powered and barely holds a charge! DISASTER! So, we had to use our car to drive 3.5 miles every morning at 7:30 to unpack our stuff and secure a parking spot, then a family member had to drive down and pick us up so we could leave our car there, to be able to get home in the evening. Then we would drive back to the beach later, get dropped off, then that person went back and had to ride a bike (that we had to rent) back to the beach. We have teens that like to go back and forth to the beach, and this was a logistical nightmare! Had I known all of this, it would have been a no go! The description is very deceitful! We had a great time together as a family, but getting to the beach was such a hassle! Also, if you're planning on grilling, beware! It’s not as easy as they make it sound! The 1 grill, is across the hwy in the other prominence community! (Also not stated in the description) You can have grills at the houses, but I guess this house chooses not to have one. I’m not saying don’t stay here, but just want to give honest review bc it costs too much to not have accurate info! I personally will not stay here again bc BEACH ACCESS is very important to me when I’m going on a BEACH vacation, but if that does not matter to you, it’s a lovely house! Happy Vactioning!!
