Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed by the Resort. No smoking or vaping except in designated smoking areas on the first and ground floor. Smoking & vaping is prohibited on balconies, in elevators, elevator lobbies, stairwells, walkways to units, and pool decks.

You are limited to 2 parking passes. There is a parking deck and open air parking. Parking rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice. Vehicle Reg Fees ($50 per vehicle) & Armbands ($6 A Piece)
