Great place for the family to stay. Quiet neighborhood, just few minutes walk to nice white sand beach. House is nicely decorated and will make you feel comfortable and cozy. Great pool at the backyard that we used every day. Short drive to PCB and the attractions. Highly recommended.

Pineapple Paradise

We had a wonderful relaxing time. The kids had a great time playing in the pool. My husband is in a wheelchair and an amputee, so he had trouble getting in and out of the bathroom and couldn’t get to the shower at all. Thank goodness we brought wipes just in case of this. He did love sitting on the patio in the sun. He did have to have help getting in and out the patio door. We will definitely stay again without my husband. House was very clean and decorated very nice with a beachy theme and pineapples. The kitchen was very well stocked and our daughter did the cooking. It was definitely fun being away from home. The homeowner was really nice and answered any questions we had and we loved our gifts. Very nice and unexpected. Sandra N

Pineapple Paradise

The property was exactly as expected very clean very convenient loved having a pool right there. Convenient and easy access to the beach. Nice quiet family oriented neighborhood. It was our home away from home for a week. We had two babies under the age of two with us and couldn’t get make it to the beach every day so it was wonderful to have a pool on property for an alternative and the babies loved the pool. This is the reason I chose this property because I knew traveling with two young children would have its obstacles! Pineapple Paradise was perfect for us.

We had a wonderful stay, everything was great and just as described. The heated pool was amazing and perfect for the cooler days/nights in early April. Easy walk to the beach and loved having the beach wagon to cart all of our things to the beautiful beach!

Peaceful relaxing vacation

The house was so clean! The beds were comfortable and cozy! My favorite part was how organized the kitchen is! The kitchen is so fully stocked, we made Thanksgiving dinner and had everything that we needed, pots, pans, bowls, etc.. Kathyrn was so quick to answer any questions that I had. Would enjoy renting again!! Thank you!

Beach escape

Property was as described and our children loved the pool and the short walk to the beach everyday. While it is a public beach it was not crowded and sea shells and dolphins and other wildlife were plentiful at the beach. We went in the Fall. Kathryn had the pool nicely heated for us. She also had a cute welcome gift for the kids. The house already had beach towels, chairs, wagon, etc. Good house for a quick family get away.

Great for small family trips or girls getaway.

It was very clean and just the right size for us (we had 6 people). House was very clean. Pool was refreshing as well. It's about a 7 min walk to beach but we drove (hubby and I both have bad backs so hard to walk). Very peaceful neighborhood. We did have fridge issues but it has another fridge in garage so it wasn't a big deal. We contacted the owner regarding fridge and she's going to have it checked. Kathryn (owner) is so sweet and very quick to respond to messages. Definitely would recommend!!!

Great rental experience

First time renter from Mrs. Jones. Very pleasant to deal with and very responsive to any questions or issues. The house is very clean, spacious and designed well to insure privacy and comfort among the bedrooms for larger families. The pool is the perfect touch making this a quiet little oasis! We will definitely be back in the future!

The only negative I can say is that the sleeper sofas aren’t very comfortable. With 2 families we didn’t feel cramped & everything was clean & in good condition. Great location. It was really nice having a wagon & chairs to use

Awesome pool and location!

My husband and I and our 2 small children stayed at the Pineapple Paradise home in June 2021. We loved having our own pool and the garage to store our beach stuff. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean! It was so wonderful not to have to pack beach towels, boogie boards or a beach wagon and umbrella because Kathryn (owner) thought of everything and had all that stuff for us. I wasn't sure if the walk to the beach was going to be a challenge with a 7 and 3 year old, but it was very close and actually enjoyable. The neighborhood was so cute and the the kids had fun spotting toads and lizards along the way. Kathryn was an amazing host and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. We hope to make it back to visit again soon.

Quiet Beach Vacation

Perfect Beach House

We had a great stay at this house. Between the beach and the pool we had plenty to do every day. Kathryn even went out of her way to buy a pack n play for the baby. We really had a wonderful week and hope to go back some time.

Pineapple Paradise is an excellent property, especially for a family with kiddos! My husband and I, our four kids (ages 8, 6, 2, 1) and grandma and grandpa felt the accommodations were great. It was so nice having our own pool right in our backyard as opposed to having to pack up and go to the community pool. There is plenty of loungers and patio furniture for everyone. The alarm system made it very safe so no kiddos could get out any door without us knowing. Access to the beach was just a short walk and the owner is nice enough to provide a wagon, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas so makes packing easier for you! The kitchen is also stocked very nicely, had pretty much most things what we needed. Kathryn, the owner is very nice, accommodating, and quickly available for anything you need. We strongly recommend checking this place out if you want a nice, relaxing, stress free vacation!!

Private beach

House layout was great, pool seems bigger in picture then it is, either way it was big enough to enjoy pool time, it would have even been better experience if there was sunscreen lotion and washer detergent, other then that property manager was awesome, she answered any questions and was polite, lastly I know I’m picky beds were awesome but pillows were to thick, my family liked it but as far as myself I like low pillow. Beach is around the corner and not crowded, we really had fun.
