This 3 bed, 2.5 bath home is a perfect fit for families on 30A in Prominence: multiple beach access points, steps from the pool, and unlimited amenities. Some highlights: complimentary 6-seater golf cart, bikes, beach gear, 1 min walk to The Big Chill, and beautiful modern finishes- this home is a gem and sleeps 8!

- Open kitchen and dining concept. Large kitchen island with gas range, beautiful finishes, and space for the whole family to gather while the chef works their magic!

- Community grill: A quick walk over to the pool and you'll also have access to the grill and accompanying table.
- Dining area with seating for 6, plus 3 additional seats at the kitchen island as well. The dining bucket chairs are an added plus!
- Large outdoor deck with an additional dining option for drinks or morning coffee al fresco style. Take in the 30A sunshine and relax on either of the two cozy lounge couches.

Where you'll sleep:
- Primary bedroom: King bed with smart TV, ceiling fan with En suite bathroom, double vanity, and walk-in shower. The added bonus here is the half moon lounger!
- Guest room: Queen bed with smart tv, and plenty of storage.
- Bunk room: Great for the kids! 2 Twin over Twin bunk beds - sleeps 4 total
- We can also provide a pack n play for your little one - just ask!

🏖️ Beach access:
- Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: Your closest beach access, about 0.57 mi (12 min walk / 2 min drive) away. It has about 50 parking spots, restrooms, and dining pavilions with charcoal grills, plus a long boardwalk (roughly a quarter mile) out to the beach. Entry is $3 per vehicle, payable on site or reserved ahead. Just note the gate closes at 6pm.
- Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access #8: About 0.99 mi (20 min walk) away. There's no car or cart parking here. There is signage that blocks cart parking along the south shoulder near the access, but there's a bike rack, and a pedestrian path runs along the south side of 30A.
- Seabreeze Beach Access #7: About 1.21 mi (25 min walk / 4 min drive) away. Park along the north shoulder of 30A near the entry and use the nearby crosswalk; there's a bike rack and outdoor shower, but no car/cart lot.

Prominence neighborhood: The Prominence subdivision is a great spot for families. It is right in the middle of all the 30A attractions! You can get anywhere along 30A on the included golf cart. Several beach access points are available within 1 mile. You can park you golf cart and have toes in the sand within 3-5 mins. The Town of Prominence is located on HWY 30A between Seagrove Beach and Alys Beach, next to WaterSound Beach. Residents will enjoy easy access to a beautiful town center at The Big Chill, resort-style pools, and nearby walking trails of Deer Lake State Park. ''The Big Chill'' includes restaurants, shops, and an amphitheater with a covered event pavilion, a cinema screen for movies, as well as a stage for concerts and events.

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (unit A). There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Heads up for Fall and Winter! The pool at Prominence is heated Oct 1 - Nov 30 and during Christmas and New Years Eve.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
