- Bunk Room: Custom-built Twin-over-Twin bunk beds—a great retreat for the kids!

🏖️ Beach Access Options~
- Prominence offers several convenient ways to reach the sand: Deer Lake State Park (0.5 miles): 3-min drive, 5-min golf cart ride, or 15-min walk. Features brand-new restrooms, grills, and parking for cars and golf carts.
- Seabreeze Beach Access: 5 minute golf cart ride or 8-minute bike ride east on 30A.
- Gulf Lakes Beach Access: 3 minute drive or quick bike ride with bike racks and nearby public parking lot (100 yards away). Great for dropping off gear and kids!
- Walton Dunes: 7 minute drive, golf cart, or bike ride. Flat entry with no boardwalk or steps—walk directly onto the beach. Local vendors offer beach service here.
- Inlet Beach Regional Access: 15 minute car ride offering lifeguards, restrooms, showers, and ample parking. (Cars only—golf carts cannot be driven to this location).

- Parking: Driveway parking for 2 vehicles directly in front of the garage door (Unit B). No street parking available; overflow parking is located in South Prominence.
- The Northside pool is seasonally heated Oct/Nov, Dec 21 - Dec 31 and March/April!
- Age Requirement: Minimum age to rent is 21.
- No Pets: Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding!
- Vacation Disruptions: While rare, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. These occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
