It’s in a good location but overcrowded, that was to be expected. The elevators are a joke, we’d wait for sometimes a half hour just to go up or down unless it was early morning like 6 or late night like 12. This room in particular needs some work, new furniture, and some cleaners that do their job. There was black mold in the bedroom window sill, in the bathroom, the sliding glass door, and in the washing machine. The door seal is broken so the glass is cloudy. The couch/ pullout bed is completely wore out and had what looked like a pee stain in the middle of the sheet that covered it. I asked for it to be changed but my son wouldn’t even sleep on it after seeing that so idk if they changed it or not. The couch had crumbs and sand and everything else under it like the cleaning crew just swept it under to hide it. The master bedroom bed sinks in the middle so no matter how you lay you end up in the middle. The bands they give you for access to the facility and entry is easily broken yet they say they’ll charge 100 if you lose one. They say they go through hundreds of extra bands, i myself went through 3 but luckily it didn’t happen in the ocean where it’d be lost for good and cost me 100. We go on vacation every year somewhere and this could’ve been a fairly decent one but you don’t know what it’s going to be until you get there
