Communication lacking. Had to give same info multiple times. Was not informed to go to office to get parking pass and almost had car towed. Was not told at guard shack when entering. Rented condo for 3 more days and was locked out after returning from Christmas with family. Again due to no communication. Stood outside until I could get new code.what a way to kill the happiness All could have been avoided with communication. Had my car been towed I would have been stranded. It would have been easy to tell me upon entering or could have knocked on door. On a more positive note the condo was comfortable with a great view. Kitchen completely functional.
