OPTIONAL POOL HEATING - the fee is $250 per stay. Please inform the host if you would like the pool heated for your arrival. Our brand new pool heater will work in the maximum capacity only if the air temperature is above 55° during the day and night.

The primary renter (the booking party) booking this home must be a minimum of 25 years of age and that primary renter is responsible for all renters and must stay at the home for the length of the Rental Period. A valid Photo ID is required for all bookings. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations.
