Monterey A201 ist eine Eigentumswohnung im 2. Stock am wunderschönen Seacrest Beach am Highway 30a (eineinhalb Meilen westlich von Rosemary Beach und ungefähr vier Meilen östlich von Seaside). Es ist eine wundervolle Lage auf dem Radweg 30a, so dass Sie die Gegend auf die schönste Art und Weise genießen können.

Die Monterey Condominiums sind ein Komplex mit abgeschlossenem Golf, einem Grundriss mit drei Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner sowie einem geräumigen privaten Balkon, auf dem Sie den spektakulären Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko genießen können.

Diese gemütliche Eckwohnung im 2. Stock bietet einen atemberaubenden Panoramablick auf den Golf vom Wohnbereich, Essbereich, Küche und Hauptschlafzimmer. Stellen Sie sich vor, Sie faulenzen auf dem Balkon und beobachten den Sonnenuntergang nach einem Tag am Sandstrand aus weißem Zucker.

The condo is in a perfect location near everything. Very clean and well maintained. The only thing missing is some kitchen essentials such as oven mittens, aluminum foil or parchment paper, salt, pepper, oil spray.

Fabulous Vacation

The condo is the perfect location for biking to Rosemary or driving to Watercolor. The condo offered easy, close and private access to the beach. Benchmark was super easy to work with and provided excellent communication and responses from the day we booked the trip until check out. They were super nice and responsive to any questions we had during the week. The private parking is a plus as well. The condo had plenty of room for a family and was very comfortable and homey. We would book here again.

Private trumps public

This place is more than the pictures show. You can smell the subtle hint of the cleanliness thru the bleach smell and not the fake Febreeze masking cleaner as soon as you open the door. Our nose told us it was clean as our eyes were amazed at how beautiful the property is. The view of the ocean coupled with the silence and lack of "public" access really made it the most relaxing experience. My wife and I love it!

We are a blended family and love the fact it is on the beach with great views of the ocean. We love that everything you need to make the stay is within 10min, so it makes it easy if you need groceries/restaurants/etc, are close by. Property description is spot on. There were only a couple of things that would make the stay better is having the oven recalibrated as it cooked on the cooler side and bigger skillet, not a deal breaker as we will be back next year, if at all possible!!! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice unit overlooking the gulf. There is a welcomed shade by the patio table allowing guests to enjoy plenty of time on the balcony. We were there and the kitchen oven was not working so a smaller, Oster oven was provided taking up valuable counter space in the smallish kitchen. The couches in the living room were not as comfortable as we would liked, but were fine. Finally, the shower in the master bath is extremely small and cramped, so it was not easy for a 6 ft tall individual to use. Other than those issues, we enjoyed our time at Monterey unit A201.

Unit clean and maintained well. Bedrooms were comfortable. We rented this place because it was gated. Gates were open all but two days we were there. Pool gates also open. Did not like that.
