Diese Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer und bietet dir einen kostenlosen WLAN-Internetzugang sowie einen DVD-Player. Selbstversorger finden dank der Küche mit einem Kühlschrank, einem Ofen, einer Herdplatte und einer Mikrowelle alles vor, was sie zur Zubereitung leckerer Mahlzeiten benötigen.

We loved our stay at Ocean Reef. The condo was very clean, well equipped and pretty. The balcony was our favorite with great lounge chairs! This was our second time using Greta’s Rentals and we plan to use this company the next time! We highly recommend them.

Relaxation to the limit

Very convenient location and accommodations. Only issue was we had a large SUV that presented a challenge when parking in the designated space. Fortunately my disabled placard came in handy with all the blue spaces. The beds slept really well. The balcony and view were outstanding. This was some good therapy for ones needing a break from the bustles of work/routines. Can’t wait to come back again!

Nice Relaxing Beach Vacation

Had a great week at this nice and clean condo. The furniture was great especially on the balcony. The kitchen had everything needed and the beds were very comfortable. It is a great location as well. Parking works easily and it is easy to get to your room from the parking area. Would highly recommend this unit and location.

Great Location on the Beach

Condo was clean and well decorated. We enjoyed the view and spending time watching the waves from the balcony (20 feet) also loved the reserved parking such a relief. Very relaxing and away from the hustle.

Overall awesome place, with a couple of caveats. In the plus column, the location was perfect, elevator service is fast, on premises parking is a huge plus, and the little wagon provided to haul groceries in was very appreciated. We have stayed in this building before and loved the layout. It’s obvious that much thought went into accessorizing the condo. Downsides to the furnishings have to begin with the beds. The beds are extremely low end “pillow top” innerspring mattresses. Firm is an understatement. Think in terms of putting a couple of blankets on the floor and you have an image of what lying in the beds is like. It literally hurts. Points for having a couple of recliners in the living room, but again, absolute low end quality with almost zero padding in the footrest. Still way better than nothing though, so there’s that. Comfy sofa, nice dining table, included internet service was well up to streaming movies. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped with the basics, with the notable exception of a mixing bowl of any sort. This made mixing pancake batter and making popcorn problematic. Not an end of the world issue, but one that $5 could easily solve. As far as the Greta’s goes, they have an app that tells you pretty much all you need to know. Parking instructions, door code, check out requirements are all there. It also contains a place to communicate with Greta’s that doesn’t seem to be quite as efficient. Our first day I used their app to let them know that one of the decorative plaques on the patio had fallen (information only, I said I would set it to the side for them to take care of at their convenience) and that the lock on the bedroom door out to the deck was not functional. When we checked out 7 days later we still couldn’t lock the door, and they never did respond in any way to the request. TLDR: If they replaced the beds I would happily stay there again

Amazing condo!

This condo was the perfect fit for our girls spring break trip. It had all the comforts of home and essentials for the beach. The property owners provide a wagon to help get your stuff inside and it can be used on the beach. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and every kind of cooking utensil you need to make a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner. The condo was beautifully decorated, the balcony and view was perfect. We enjoyed lunch and dinner out there a couple of times. My 17 year old said that was her favorite part of the trip-eating lunch on the balcony! We always enjoy the beach and I’m thankful to know this condo has everything we need for a return trip!

A Great Condo for A Family Trip!

We had a great family vacation at this condo! It was extremely clean when we arrived and everything was just like it was promised. We loved that they supply you with a red wagon which makes it so easy to tote everything back and forth to and from the beach. The condo is very well appointed and you really don't have to get anything other than paper products and whatever soap you use. The view was amazing and we loved seeing all of the dolphins and manatees that went up and down the beach. The only downside and it would not stop us from staying there again is the parking spot is tight. Don't miss walking to Runaway Island which is a fantastic stop for dinner a few doors down!!!!

Great Property and Great View !

We really enjoy our stay in Panama City Beach. This property was super clean and in good shape. Upon our arrival we notice couple of defects in the dining chairs and tables, and 5 minutes after reporting them to the property manager, we had someone in the apartment fixing them. This Ocean Reef building has an amazing view and good size balconies to enjoy it. The building is definitely way more organized and clean than other properties in Panama City Beach that we visited during our vacation. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

Check in process using the app was extremely easy and provided a TON of useful information. Property was clean and had all the essentials that we needed for our week stay. Great food, shopping, and activities for the family all within a 5 minute walk. Highly recommend and will hopefully be planning another stay in the near future!

Great Condo

This condo was really nice. There was plenty of space in the unit. The rooms were nice and clean. The parking situation is less than ideal. The elevators were not all working and the wait times were LONG. Normally I would take the stairs, but this unit is on the 14th floor and I usually had an armful of items. Luggage carts are not provided so that meant numerous trips and long waits.
