Ein gutes Mittelklassehotel. Nichts besonderes, aber gut geeignet für ein paar Tage in der Stadt. Wir würden es Freunden empfehlen. Fußläufig ist eine Metro Station sowie verschiedenste Restaurants und Schnellimbiss-Ketten.

Erstes Zimmer hat sehr nach Rauch gestunken. Konnten aber umgehend in ein anderes wechseln. Frühstück war coronabedingt in Ordnung. Restaurants etc sind in der Umgebung. Leider konnte die Wäsche am Sonntag nicht abgegeben werden zum waschen.

Our stay was good but the internet went out for a whole evening and the food from the restaurant wasn't great. Also they forgot one of our orders and just said we didn't order it, but the waiter even repeated the order correctly. No sorry or anything... The phone in the room didn't work.

Großes komfortables Zimmer. Bad war sauber, leider war der Teppichboden sehr schmutzig. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück war ausreichend, hätte mir gerne noch mehr zum Trinken gewünscht wie z. B. Verschiedene Tees. Gute Lage für einen City-Tripp.

Excellentes Hotel. Ich war nun schon win paar Mal dort und immer sehr zufrieden. Sauber, sehr nettes Personal an der Reception wie auch sonst im Hotel. Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. I like that most places are walkable. The metro is close by and taxis are easily accessible. The hotel is in the city center with lots to do during the day and night. The breakfast was commendable with different additions everyday. The rooms are spacious and the balcony allows you to see the high rise buildings nearby.

Poor service at the Bar. I had to wave my hand for people for service. The employees talked among themselves and not pay attention to the guest. Ran out of toilet paper. Swimming pool was being cleaned, when it should be open to the guest. Big mistake. Pool attendent, need to clean it before 8:00 AM.

Very clean, and quiet hotel. All the staff very nice, and accommodating. The hotel is centrally located, and you can walk to many attractions. Delicious breakfast is provided, and this is a big plus. All our trips were arranged by very knowledgeable and very nice staff member. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend this hotel.
