« This was our first stay in the Playa Caracol resort and we cannot wait to come back! There are different apartment areas in the resort and for our stay during Carnavales we found the Villas Residences to be the most peaceful. The apartment was fully stacked with everything that you would need for a longer vacation stay for a family. « We loved our stay here. Great views from the 30th floor apartment. My son stayed on a comfortable blow-up bed and I took the king size bed. Jim was very helpful with requests to set up tours and helped us navigate going to a local soccer game. Angelica was so helpful in any need and request we had throughout the trip. At this time we were told that only 4 people were allowed at a time at the pool area, however, we saw families of up to 6 people including kids at the pool and no one questioned them. »

« We had an excellent stay at this property. Spacious, beautiful views and attentive host. The check-in process was smooth and the host was very timely with meeting us. Also, there was an issue with one of the A/C units during out stay and the host addressed it immediately! We had to extend a few times waiting on lost travel documents and were accommodated without issue. We would definitely stay here again, as well as other properties that are hosted by Tony.
