« The room was clean and everything was in working order. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They had a restaurant that served good food at reasonable prices. The only things that kept me from rating it 5 stars was that one day housekeeping did not tidy up the room, so the next day I had to request this service. « This place is ideal if you are whole day away outside for tours and other businesses. I wont recommend this place if you will just stay inside all day long as their wifi is intermittent. Overall value for money is okay if you are in a tight budget exploring the city. »

« Very convenient location. Close to SM City and public transportation, lots of dining options, very helpful staff. Wish they provide smaller towels and extra toilet papers. Most places were closed on Holy Thursday so we ordered room service. Food was excellent, esp the Batchoy. Special kudos to Vin Diezel! Have stayed here before and will stay here again. »
