« The room was clean and everything was in working order. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They had a restaurant that served good food at reasonable prices.
The only things that kept me from rating it 5 stars was that one day housekeeping did not tidy up the room, so the next day I had to request this service. Also, the main driveway entrance to the property has a large dip which cause the front of my rental car to hit at the bottom as I would pull in or out of the property. They could...

« No signs leading to SM mall. Sidewalk is not appropriate bc it has a tight curve among cars. There is a proper walkway but there is no signage and no way a guest could find it.
There was a minor earthquake and floor was swaying. There were no alerts or warnings for guests on upper floors. None of the staff were aware. »

« This place is ideal if you are whole day away outside for tours and other businesses. I wont recommend this place if you will just stay inside all day long as their wifi is intermittent. Overall value for money is okay if you are in a tight budget exploring the city. »
