We spend a month in this apartment. Unfortunately we had not so pleasant experience there. On our arrival there was no electricity, the manager did not visit us to check the problem, all we got was polite discussions with owners and property manager about and around this incomprehensible problem (as they said) by phone and chat. Altogether we had to spend 20 hours without electricity, 4 days without hot water (and without presence of responsible person), as it turned out that the problem is old water heating element that knocked out electricity. Finally that was replaced in 3 minutes. Please note that in situation like this you cannot expect a money refund or compensation, or temporary replacement in other apartment or hotel. We believe that real estate cannot be managed in this way.
As you can read in previous reviews, there is still no pan in the oven, kitchen window have no curtains, the kitchen pots and pans are small, used up and without lids, knifes are not sharpened at all, wall paint in the apartment is very outdated. We noticed some dirty blankets and curtains in bedroom.
On arrival you are kindly asked to respect the housekeeper and wash dishes and get rid of trash after yourself (which is normal, of course) but there were no hand soap, no liquid for dish washing and no trash bags in the apartment.
We failed to turn on the air conditioner for heating in living room and the electric heater was able to work only on 30%. Take in mind that during winter it is not hot outside anymore.
The apartment is spacious, in quiet neighborhood, with good Wi-Fi, comfortable balcony and seating area, car parking as well, but somehow we were left with a feeling we are not welcome. For the first time in our long travel experience.
