« It was a beautiful view & sunrises worth getting up for. It is quiet & peaceful place. Did not realize I was sharing washer & dryer with people downstairs. Both doors unlocked and person knocked briefly once and walked through the door without allowing me to answer. He said he had a key and was allowed to use washer/dryer. Would of been nice to know. But after that no issues. No screens in living room and patio door not able to open. Missed that fresh air coming in as that would of been all part...

« La vue est superbe, mais le chemin pour s’y rendre et le stationnement sont particulièrement difficiles (on doit circuler à travers les travailleurs du port et circuler de reculons sur le chemin pour l’accès à un seul stationnement). L’appartement est bien équipé mais a besoin d’être rafraîchi et rénové (le béton des marches du long escalier est à réparer, c’est presque dangereux. Le spa sur le balcon est vraiment cool. Les propriétaires auraient avantage à laisser un petit cahier...

« This is the cutest little property. Very cozy and inviting. It was nice to be out of downtown St.John’s but still within walking distance. Quidi Vidi is a perfect little community. All the amenities we needed were in the room. They even had ground coffee for us ready to go, however I thought it to be unsanitary to have the little scoop left in the container. Not sure when the last time that was washed. My only real complaint was the sub par cleanliness. I ended up buying a pack of Lysol wipes...
