Within a 1 km radius you will find a clinic, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, water-sports, organised beaches and much more.



Protaras offers numerous beaches, good nightlife and is the ideal holiday destination especially for families with children. There are many beautiful beaches in the area that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving night-life in the summer months and all within walking distance from the villa.



There is also a water park and aquarium that are great for children of all ages. The water park, the biggest in the Middle East, can be found just outside of Ayia Napa and is only 14km away. The aquarium is a 5-min drive.
