„Die Lage von dem Hotel ist super und die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön, die Liegen sind extrem bequem. Wir fanden die Kosten sehr intransparent. U.a., dass man für eine Stunde Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs pro Person eine hohe Gebühr zahlen muss, fanden wir inakzeptabel für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Vor allem weil es nicht ersichtlich ist, dass man hierfür extra zahlen muss. Achtung bei den Parkgebühren, die sind sehr teuer. Beim Frühstück muss man z.B. für Pancakes extra zahlen. „We were a bit confused by this hotel. This is a luxury boutique hotel that didn’t really feel like a luxury hotel. The staff were nice which is expected but didn’t go out of their way for us. The location is excellent and our room had a beautiful view of the Portofino piazza but the windows all had signs saying “please keep windows closed”. Our room furnishings were standard. „Meraviglioso! Struttura curata in ogni dettaglio: camere molto belle, pulizia eccellente, posizione comoda, posteggio coperto, personale attento e sempre gentile, animali non sono solo ammessi, ma proprio benvenuti e benvoluti. „Nice hotel with a lovely communal area where breakfast is also served. Friendly and helpful staff. The single room I booked was very, very small. No chair, no storage space for bags, tiny washbasin... not really acceptable for the price.“
