The space
Equipped with a bedroom with a 160cm queen size bed and a comfortable sofa bed that folds out in a few seconds (simple pull tab), the apartment can accommodate 4 people.

It is composed of a dining table that can accommodate 4 people (table in its compact version in the photos), a fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with large shower and separate toilets.

The apartment benefits from shutters on the street side and electric roller shutters on the courtyard side.

Two continuous balconies accessible by a French window are located in the living room and the kitchen. They will allow you to have a drink or your meal, or simply to get some fresh air while enjoying the horizon.

The apartment finally has a small shared outdoor patio with a view of the Eiffel Tower!

Only the 6th floor patio overlooking the courtyard and leading to the exterior staircase is shared with my neighbor.
This space offers a very pleasant view of the Eiffel Tower!
