5th Floor Gem in the Marais

Lovely 5th floor apartment with balcony and distant views of Notre Dame located in the Marais. Elevator and air conditioning too! Apartment is fully equipped from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Great communication through the rental process online and Andrea met us at the door for check in. Loved the welcome box from Laduree! Close proximity to the metro, restaurant and shops. Thank you for enhancing our trip to Paris with a wonderful place to stay!

Great location

Our group of 4 adults spent a week here—there is a wonderful view of the towers of Notre Dame from the balcony. There are many restaurants and bakeries nearby. The elevator makes it easy to carry luggage up to the 5th floor. The espresso machine (with pods furnished) is nice, and we enjoyed having a washer/dryer on premises. The host make check-in so easy and responded quickly to our requests.

From the moment we walked through the door for the 1st time until the time we left, there wasn’t another could have been better. Nicholas communicated thoroughly prior to check in and a very hospitable young lady was there to greet us when we arrived. What a wonderful apartment to experience Paris from! It's in a very central location for a Parisan walk to many museums and cafes, and also close to a few Metro stations, if you prefer. The apartment has everything you need!

Lovely apartment in the Marais

The apartment was in an excellent location-we could walk to cafes, a nearby market, Notre Dame, St Chapelle and more. It was easy to hail a cab on the street and there is a metro station a short distance away as well. The apartment itself is quite large by Paris standards. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we could need. It was the perfect arrangement for our group of four. Highly recommend!

Very clean and modern apartment with AC. Excellent host Andrea who met us at the apartment to give us orientation. There was a problem with the AC since Paris hit 100 degrees on arrival. The technician came out the next day to fix. The location was excellent. Near the Marais. There was zero noise ! Chose not to stay in Marais due to concern about noise. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect apartment in Paris

We adored our home away from home while in Paris. The apartment was fully stocked with what we needed for an enjoyable stay. The beds were comfortable, the views were beautiful, and we'd absolutely come back. Communication with Nicolas and Yolande was easy and clear. They were very welcoming, which made our arrival so nice after a long day of travel. The balcony was a great perk of an already wonderful apartment, we enjoyed sitting there in the morning and at night, getting an incredible view of the city. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This apartment was a lovely oasis for our family of four (two adults and two grown children.) The air conditioning was fabulous in the Paris heat wave. The kitchen is amazing. The laundry machine was wonderful. The location of the apartment is fabulous. Highly recommend.

What a location and kitchen

A fantastic location right in the heart of a great neighborhood and central to everything. The kitchen is huge and very "American", meaning large, with top notch appliances and open to the sitting area/eating area. there are two bedrooms, only one having an ensuite bath. The layout is a bit awkward because the other bathroom is on the opposite side of the kitchen from the second bedroom. so be sure to bring a robe if you are staying in that bedroom (which is the bigger of the two). We really liked staying here. It was the perfect location with great amenities for a three day romp through Paris.

Great apartment - lots of space and convenient location

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment on Rue du Renard! The property management was very proactive with updates in advance of our arrival, and we had everything we needed to be confident of our stay. The apartment space is great - lots of room for 4 adults. The bedroom areas are separated for privacy, and two baths were perfect. The apartment was well equipped, and the provided guide was very detailed in how to operate all of the appliances, AC, etc. The location can't be beat. Very close to the Hotel de Ville metro stop, which provides access to many of the key sites when needed. Les Halles and other stops for the metro and RER are also close by. Recommended for a great stay in Paris!

Perfect Apartment

This is a perfect place for families or couples. The location is fantastic, very close to several Metro stations, restaurants and shopping. The Host was wonderful to work with. Loved that the building had an elevator, especially since we were traveling with our Mother who has some knee issues.
