Other than a minor inconvenience which the property owner did his best to fix prior to arrival, I really have nothing negative to say about our stay. We spent very little time in the property and mainly used it as a “base of operations” but it was clean, well kept, nice appliances, etc. We stayed during the summer so I cannot comment on the winter experience, etc.

Cute Place Steps from Main Street

Great place with plenty of room for me and my husband, my niece and her husband and my adult son and his golf buddy. The location was perfect, just steps away from Main Street shopping, restaurants and, of course, the Kimball Arts Festival.

Great property and fantastic location! One block off main street. Check in and check out very easy. Jeffery very good about answering questions though text or calls. The only reason I can’t give it a five is during summer the rooms upstairs are too warm for sleeping. It is a multi level property with lots of stairs. Two rooms of the bedrooms are on the top floor and don’t really cool off. Would not be an issue in winter.

We attended a conference at the Canyons in Park City and decided to stay downtown. The place townhouse definitely didn't disappoint and was close to everything downtown.

Open & Spacious! Perfect location! Phenomenal host!

This VRBO could not possibly be in a more perfect spot for exploring downtown Park City (literally steps away!); all the while feeling totally relaxed and cozy in a beautiful, quiet, tree-lined neighborhood. My older son and his wife, younger son and I all loved being able to spread out and each have our own en-suite bedroom/bathroom on different levels, while being able to gather in the spacious kitchen, living room and dining room for family time. Fun outdoor deck for relaxing with a drink and soaking in the gorgeous Park City mountain view. Our afore-mentioned phenomenal host, helped make our stay so easy, delightful, and enjoyable! Kind and quick to supply all sorts of tips and help when needed. He was the icing on the cake of a perfect stay, Thank you from our hearts!

A great place to stay

Great property, convenient to everything. Very clean, well appointed kitchen for cooking-in, which we did many nights for a big group. Comfortable seating for the group of 8. All the beds have comfortable mattresses and nice linen. Jeff was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. Definitely a return planned in the future!

Great layout and location

We had a great stay at this property. It had ample space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Another kid or two would have fit well also. The location was great and host was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions.

Great place. Great location.

We had a wonderful stay in PC. The house was exactly what we needed. Spacious, clean, well equipped. And the location was even better than what we imagined. Seriously. Two blocks from the town lift that took us up to the mountain every day.And one block from Main St. lots of apres ski and dinner options and such a cool old western vibe. Jeff was a great host and responded to all of our requests promptly and friendly. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip out West.

Park City Stay

We absolutely loved our stay in Park City! The house was wonderful for our family of 7. We loved that everything was within walking distance, so we didn’t have to worry about getting the car out or parking. When we wanted to go somewhere out of walking distance, we easily caught at Uber! Working with Jeff was an absolute delight! I would recommend this property over and over!

All About Location

With its proximity to Main Street this house is perfect for walking just a few steps away to shopping, activities and restaurants or hopping on public transportation to go a little further away. The amount of space was perfect for our family of 6 (teens and adults). The amenities were a little lacking, but we're assuming it's because the house is for sale and maybe less attention is being paid to renting it at this point. There was combination shampoo/conditioner, but there was no body soap. There were hairdryers, and at first I thought they weren't working, but quickly realized it was the outlet that didn't work. There were little things throughout that were falling apart or didn't work and the beds are not comfortable (at least in the upper rooms), but overall it was a decent stay.

Location, Location-wow

Perfect location, space to spread out! We were here for my son’s wedding and it was just perfect. We were close to everything. We couldn’t have been happier! It had everything we needed!
