Built for ski crews of up to 15 who want first chair without the parking hunt. A ski shuttle, included with your stay, picks you up at the front door and runs you to the Deer Valley main entrance and back. After the lifts, soak in the private hot tub, warm up in the sauna, then gather by the wood fire. Main Street is a 10-minute walk. 4 bedrooms, 8 beds, a table for 12 and a pool table. - Undeclared Guests: Guests must match the reservation. Undeclared guests will be charged 2x the applicable additional guest fee.
- No food is allowed in the living room.

- Additional charge per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 8 guests
- Please do not move or rearrange any furniture
- Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
- Do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper.
-A $300 refundable deposit or a $50 non-refundable damage waiver is required before check-in.
- 4wd and snow tires or chains highly recommended Dec through end of March or when snow is present.
