An OK place for Parker. Pleasant desk clerks. But as with many motels, this one’s carpet was filthy. And the TV was so old the picture was very poor and it needs replacing. Everything else was OK except the noise from the morning and evening trains. I wear ear plugs.

When I registered I said I was handicapped and needed a room on the first floor. The staff didn’t get the information and assigned us a second floor room requiring to go up 20 steps. After I pointed this out they changed my room assignment to a handicapped room on the first floor even though the hotel was fully booked for the night.

The staff were kind and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and fully met my expectations. The breakfast was more than we expected with biscuits and gravy and eggs (Sunday & Wednesday). Would stay again.

We were not able to take a shower because the drain would not drain. The maintenance man would not be available until 3 days. Would not recommend

I would stay at the Hampton next door
while driving to Parker the Hotel called and made us give them a different cc number. Upon arrival they had already charged us. The lady on the front desk needs to have some customer service training! Upon getting to the room, the toilet seat was extremely loose. went to front desk and reported it, by 8pm no fix. I had to tighten it myself. No handicap bars in the restroom. Plug in the tub inoperable, Caught the Maintenace man the next morning. He was very nice and fixed the problem and offered to help.

Check in took forever. It's a two story hotel yet there is no elevator for large suitcases. Property takes advantage of the fact that there are not a lot of choices in this area.

Great Stay Great Price
We always have an amazing stay at the Parker Best Western. The service is great and you can't beat the price. This is our go to hotel for Dove season every year!

An Amazing Hotel
It was amazing! Great breakfast, free cookies at the front desk, very nice and professional workers. I will visit again in the future whenever I go out that way. This was a great choice!

The staff was excellent - very helpful, the room was clean and in good condition. We did have a problem with our TV but once I talked to the staff the issue was resolved immediately. The only thing I didn't care for is there was no elevator, if we had been staying longer and had more luggage it could have be an inconvenience.

No eggs for breakfast and unfriendly trainee
New front desk lady with Trainee name tag was a bit mouthy. No people skills and not friendly at all. I guess its the way of the world now. Everyone owes them and they dont have to be nice. Also one hour before breakfast was to end they had no more eggs and said they were out. Another person complained after me also. Then a third person came in and went to front desk to complain and WOW they now have eggs. But I had already ate my Bisquit for the hot food. Ridiculous.

I was surprised by the cleanliness and oversize mini fridge in the room. It was very convenient, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. My only complaint is I could hear all the traffic and sirens next to the busy road.

Lost Reservation
We landed at the airport and called the hotel to let them know we would be arriving very late because we still had to drive. The desk clerk said our reservation didn’t exist even though I was looking at our reservation and had the confirmation number, etc. It may not have been his fault but his attitude was sort of, “Welp, not our problem, have a good night.” We had to call Hotels.com for help and got connected to two different agents who ended up cancelling our reservation because the hotel wouldn’t answer the phone when they tried to call and confirm. The entire thing took so long and by the end of it, it was almost 1am and we still had to get our luggage and rental car. We ended up having to book a different, more expensive hotel near the airport without the app because we didn’t want to risk it. Very unhappy. This is the third time Hotels.com has screwed us in some way. We’re going to try other booking companies.

Their staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We had trouble with the TV and the clerk was there in less than 2 min. Their free breakfast was made up of a great variety of items. No one could go away hungry.
