« I recently stayed at the Hampton Suites in Houston, and overall, it was a very good experience. The property is excellent, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was top-notch. I was also very impressed with the rooms, which were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
The only issue I encountered during my stay was a minor hiccup with our room door lock, which stopped opening. We reported it to the front desk early in the morning before leaving for an event. Unfortunately, when we returned...
