It offers a total of 4 bedrooms (all with sea view) and 3 bathrooms, including a separate, fully equipped studio.
The outdoor area, complete with a plancha and dining table under a pergola, beckons for moments of conviviality and outdoor relaxation.
The pool serves as the focal point of this haven of tranquillity, set within a spacious 5000m² plot where serenity prevails.

OVERVIEW
In the main house you will find a master bedroom (with ensuite bathroom and separate toilet) as well as 2 guest bedrooms, a guest bathroom, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and living room.
The adjacent studio is complete with kitchenette and private bathroom and toilet, private pergola.
The parking space can accommodate up to 4 cars.

HOUSE LINEN & CLEANING
Included in your rate, we provide bed linen, kitchen towels, bathroom towels, pool towels. It is forbidden to bring towels to the beach.
If you stay a week or more, linens will be changed every week.

Our cleaning staff will come every 2 days for a couple hours to tidy up the house.

INTERNET
Our internet box provides wifi in the kitchen and living room. Beware that during high season, the quality of the connexion tends to deteriorate across the island.

TV & MUSIC
There is no TV in the house but we have a projector connected to the Internet so that if you have a Netflix or similar account, you can use it in the house.

We have Harman Kardon bluetooth speaker for you to listen to music.

It is forbidden to use them outside.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, fridge & frizzer, induction stove, expresso machine (not Nespresso), toaster, boiler, etc. There is no microwave though.

There is a washing machine in the laundry closet.

If you want to enjoy a delicious meal at the house without bothering to cook, we offer a small menu of home-made traditional Greek dishes that can be ordered 2 days in advance.

AIR CONDITIONNING
All bedrooms are equipped with AC and ceiling fans.
It is forbidden to let the AC on when the windows are open or when you leave for the day: electricity in Greece is very expensive and not very sustainable.

There is no AC in the kitchen and living room.

POOL & OUTDOOR AREA
The pool runs on automatic and a technician comes regularly to check on it. However dont hesitate to call us for any question.

You are responsible for your own safety with the pool. It is forbidden to dive in the pool.

Please note that due to the pool not being gated, the house is not suitable for children who are not able to swim autonomously.

You will need a car to access the villa as it is located on the hills.
The drive to Naoussa is 9min, the drive to the nearest beach (Isterni) is 4-5min.
For freshly baked bred, pastries, coffee and ice cream, Xylofournos bakery is only a 3min drive.
