What a beautiful location! Nestled among the rolling vineyards is Paso Robles this was the perfect home base for all our wine and dining excursions. Scott, the owner. Was very welcomimg. The unit was spotless, large, and well-appointed. We would highly recommend this getaway!

Outstanding Vineyard Stay

The grapevines were in full leaf when we were there. Scott was an excellent host, the accommodations were very comfortable and the surroundings beautiful. My wife and I also greatly enjoyed the tasting room experience. The Santellan wines we tried were varied and intriguing on the pallet. Can’t recommend enough.

YOU WONT WANT TO LEAVE!!

I GOT MARRIED AND COULDNT WAIT TO SHOW FUTURE WIFE/WIFE HOW BEAUTIFUL THE PLACE WAS.. AFTER OUR WEDDING WE STAYED ON THE PROPERTY AND THE OWNER SCOTTY PERSONALY WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE SURE OUR STAY WAS NOTHING BUT AMAZING .. ITS SO QUIET AND PEACFUL . THE TASTING ROOM IS WALKING DISTANCE AWAY , THE WINE IS SO TASTEY . MY NOW WIFE AND I WILL BE BACK .

Convenient suite for events

This is 1 of 3 properties available at Santellan Vineyards, we rented all three properties for a week-long reunion to attend a wedding at another winery. We had a *great* time here relaxing and catching up. Please read the other reviews as well - we used all three properties, but this review only covers this property. Melanie and Scott were fantastic property manager and owner. We took advantage of Scott's offer for wine tasting and were glad to have done so as a group. This property is at the end of the banquet hall, and the tasting room and 4-suite inn are across the parking lot. The suite has a small kitchen with an electric range and plenty of utensils and cookware. It is relatively large and has an elevated sleeping area with the bathroom, living room, desk, and eating area on the lower level with the kitchen. There are outdoor grilling/smokers equipment available (we didn't use these, and cooked at the manor at the top of the knoll). Scott mentioned there was laundry available in one of the buildings down here, but we didn't use that either. The refrigerators and food prep areas at this suite, the inn, and the manor allowed us to easily prepare food for 26 people (with permission from Melanie). Scott surprised us with an invitation to take a quick tour of the vineyard with his friend from Third Wheel Tours who had stopped by. Third Wheel Tours takes guests out in a sidecar for wine and a picnic at a Paso Robles vineyard, and we enjoyed a spin around he property.

24 hr getaway

Our stay overall was great. This honeymoon suite/one bedroom loft like room was super comfortable, clean, and perfect for a quick 24 hr wine tasting trip. It was convenient knowing that our last tasting we didn’t have to drive anywhere. Not only was the stay nice, our tasting was great as well. Downtown paso isn’t very far either and it was easy getting an uber to get us there! Overall everything was great!

Lovely stay

A group of friends and I stayed in the Inn + this suite over a weekend in Paso Robles. Location was close to town and also to other vineyards. Communication was great, and the accommodations were clean and spacious!

The unit itself is quite good, but guests need to be made more aware that this is an active winery in the midst of a "turnaround". It's not a polished operation being run by an experienced host, so have to accept it's primarily a working winery, not a vacation rental operation, and the equipment, noise, etc. that goes along with that. Owner is trying hard though, and hats off to him for that.

A memorable experience

taying at Santellan Vineyard has been an absolute delight! This hidden gem in Paso Robles has exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The property is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. One of the best things about this vineyard is its convenient location. Situated near the freeway, it offers easy access to all of the downtown activities and delicious food joints that Paso Robles has to offer. Plus, if you're looking to visit some of the other wineries in the area, Santellan Vineyard is a great starting point. I highly recommend staying at Santellan Vineyard to anyone visiting Paso Robles. It truly has been a memorable experience and I can't wait to come back!

What a fantastic place to stay!

What an incredible stay my husband and I had! The symphony suite is so cozy and has everything you could possibly need. It is so quiet and the hillsides are so lush and beautiful. Truly looks like you escaped to Ireland! Enjoy the wine tasting and loved every second of it. It’s perfectly located as well and far enough to feel like you are away from everything but just 10 minutes to the center of town. I will definitely stay again! Stay here, you will not regret it!
