« Carpet stained, no pool as indicated and the complimentary breakfast consisted of cereal. »

« The room was clean and breakfast was included. I went with my young grandson and we enjoyed our stay. We went to the mothman museum which is close by. Great visit! »

« Probably the cleanest and nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in I’m my 56 years of life. The only thing that caught me off guard is the $100 fee when you check in and can’t remember what it was for but it’s a refundable fee or they void it after checking out. Never had anything like that in all my years of staying in Hotels. I’d stay again no problem, »

« This was one of best all around hotel extended stays I have ever had. I couldn't have asked for more. »

« The room was very clean. Beds comfy. Pull out couch was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice but kept running out of towels because there were so many people swimming. But the staff was very attentive and replaced towels when requested. I loved the cornhole game and large connect four game in the courtyard. I would definitely recommend this hotel. »

« The night staff lady on the walker was not helpful or friendly she was more worried about getting outside to smoke cigarettes than help the guests very rude and unattentive but the rest of the staff made up for her horrible customer service »

« Room very nice and clean with nice colors. Good Breakfast with meat and eggs. The breakfast room is a little sad I find. Maybe too big, not enough light, too hospital style. Out of 6 Red roof I went to, it is probably the nicest. »

« The only issue we had was parking. The parking garage couldn’t accommodate our truck and we had to circle the block several times until we found a meter. Luckily the meters were free when we stayed. Not sure what would have happened had we had to pay for one. »

« you have to check in before 10pm or they will cancel your reservation. It doesn’t say this on the site when booking. Also, there isn’t a phone number to call for the front desk to get ahold of anyone at the motel. The number sends you to a call center not located on site. »

« Sejour pro de 3 jours. Hotel confort, spacieux, propre et plus moderne que la moyenne. Excellente localisation pour sortir manger ou boire un verre. Un tres bon pued a terre pour decouvrir la West Virginia ! »
