Seriously ? The pictures and reality is not up to expectations? Then How do you look like inn reality comparing to your social accounts if any? Try to answer that. Other than this try to develop a real life reality virtual space and then may be your expectations could be fullfiled. The palce is used yes and pool needs regrouting but where in a hotel you book a private pool room ( suite) with fully equipped kitchen ( less your preferrences as they very person to person about food i mean) and living room area for this price ? try to run it on your own and then talk about prices! Thanks for review and we will rrenovate as soon as the time allows it. Good luck in your 9.3 score hostel . Sorry to be bruttaly honest here but i got enough of these kind of human . world needs clearing i guess :)

Yhanks for positive. And yes there are indeed 2 rooms which has shared bathroom which is already mentioned in the descriptions, you just need to take your time and read information available to you.

Exactly how all these low score negative reviews are absolute nonsense. First of all you violated non-smoking policy and we did not charge even a fine, not mentioning that normally guests are removed from the accommodation. next violators will instantly be removed and their reservations cancelled without a refund. I'd wish to present here a photo or video of what you described as "delapidated room" , i am sure many would be surprised about the reality. Lastly people like you do not deserve to breath this prescious oxygen. I think we should live in transparent and true information, tolerance to others and emphaty. Who wants to come to a smelly room of cigarettes if they book a non smoking room? Yeah but your selfishness obviously doesn't answer this.

Sorry ,but i do not get what you trying to point at here. I had 1000s of guests and a very few that can't imagine the reality instead they believe or expect that photos reflect real life. Photos are the moments of time which has passed , that's all they represent. Also they are there for illustration purposes. I don't make fools out of anyone and never will and never was. May be you should blaim the screen manufacturers who provide us with colours well enhanced than our eyes can see in real world. Every and each photo was taken by real camera in real time there is nothing fake about that. Anyways, i am very sorry for your disappointment and i hope you will find a place that will satisfy your perception and reality. The property was built 2017, which is not 10 yrs. Houses were cleaned the same way as for many 1000s of guests before you , clean and inhabitable, we do not even allow pets here just to maintain cleanliness and avoid allergies sensitivity of guests.

Dear guest, we did treat you as all of our beloved guests. It was you who was concerned about the amount of adults allowed to stay. We request extra charges if you do not pay for extra people. And if Hotels.com confuses you by showing "up to" occupancy then please address them for your concerns. We did our best and what was paid for. Thanks for understanding

Tthe rooms are a lot more bigger than any average hotel rooms, so if you stay with family in hotels i have no idea what the comments would be. We designed the 1 bedroom for couples and you could upgrade to a bigger house on your arrival. We do have indeed a cable TV in rooms which has engish channels as well cartoons. Considering time it was built 2014-15 , if that is old i have no comments. I am sorry to express this but people from your origin has very high expectations but i traveled in your country and found it over priced considering what it provides to travelers. But i had a great time anyways. Thanks for feedback
