This is very interesting feedback… We get very frustrated when guests don’t take the time to read our website. We are self-service apartments. We are not a motel or a hotel. It takes a lot of preparation to have our apartments clean and presentable for all guests. Most of the issues within this feedback are all on our website, in the apartments and on the office desk (especially the checkout time and extra charge on guests if not arranged previously). This is passed on very clear and concise to all guests on arrival. What we don’t appreciate is the verbal abuse that we had to endure while the guests were here and on check out, it was very unfair and unnecessary, and this comes through in the feedback.

Hi This feedback does not surprise me. We ask guests to be respectful to our owners apartments, however on this occassion we found the apartment to be in a such a mess with three bags of rubbish, dishes, some greasy, all over the apartment and food splattered all up the walls. We are very specific when we check our guests in of how we like the apartments left and this would be one of the worse we have experienced. For the apartment to be bought back to the standard it took an extra 3 hours to clean and this is why we charged the extra to cover the costs.
