When you aren't streaming your favorite show on the living room's smart TV, enjoy the fresh sea breeze from the private balcony. Or, head for the community's private beach, clubhouse, and pool. Spend your afternoons crabbing, fishing, biking, walking, and browsing at nearby boutiques and shopping centers - accessible within a five-minute walk. A paved, seven-mile bike trail is also accessible from your stay, and private beach access is roughly an eight-minute walk. Myrtle Beach is an additional 30-minute drive to the north and Charleston is an hour and a half to the south.



An extra bonus, there is a large parking lot adjacent to the beach that is conveniently located for effortless travel with coolers, beach chairs, and towels. Even during the summer months, there are ample vacant parking spots available.



Things to Know

Litchfield by the Sea charges a mandatory resort fee of $15 per night, capped at $210. The fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests shall abide by Dwell’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
