« Great location. Rooms were very spacious. Staff was friendly. Highly recommend! »

« The property was fairly clean but definitely needs updating. No carpet made the room feel cold and stark. Walls were very thin and heard people talking in the halls. Heard footsteps frequently from people walking in the room above us. The bed was a memory foam mattress but was not comfortable at all. Bathroom door would not stay open and had to prop it open with a towel. Felt like we overpaid for what we received. »

« I don't understand the average review rate... My room was strongly smelling cigarette even if it is supposed to be non-smoking room and it was not that clean. At the breakfast there were no more eggs and regular coffee. The only employee I saw seemed too busy to take care of all these details. The AC was so so. I understand it's under renovations but they don't even seem to try to make up for that. On the positive side it was quiet until about 7:30 when the construction workers started. ...

« Room was clean. Only issue was shower water pressure was poor at times and it struggled to get hot and stay hot. Breakfast was meh. Sausage and instant eggs. Not terrible. Not great. »

« My credit card was charged despite prepaying. In reviewing the folio emailed to me after checkout, they charged taxes which were already paid and documented as such on my initial booking receipt. There were no incidentals charged to the room, just a billing error on their part. When I contacted the property to resolve the overpayment/double charge, I was told they had a new system and the issue would need to be escalated to the manager. « Excellent hotel. Clean, safe area, kind staff, comfortable. It was everything we needed for a quick overnight stop! »

« The bed was very comfortable. The room as well. Bathroom very clean and efficient. Breakfast was decent. Good coffee machines. Could have had a carton or half and half dispenser instead of just Coffee Mate. We would stay again. »
