« The first room they put us in, the air conditioner just DID NOT work! So, they were helpful in moving us to another room. The air conditioner in this room worked somewhat, it blew cool air, but it just didn't remove the humidity, so we had cool but very damp air. Made it hard to sleep, the sheets stuck to us. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable and the whole room was spacious and clean. »

« I don't understand the average review rate... My room was strongly smelling cigarette even if it is supposed to be non-smoking room and it was not that clean. At the breakfast there were no more eggs and regular coffee. The only employee I saw seemed too busy to take care of all these details. The AC was so so. I understand it's under renovations but they don't even seem to try to make up for that. On the positive side it was quiet until about 7:30 when the construction workers started. ...

« The sofa bed in our room was broken. The whole frame was bent at the bottom so my kids kept sliding off overnight. breakfast was cold, all of it. We got there right when they opened it. We got a good nights sleep for cheap and that’s why we booked the hotel so none of that was a huge issue. The air conditioning worked, the pool is heated, the staff is friendly. The place needs a little makeover but we got what we paid for minus the bed the kids couldn’t sleep in. »
