The house and lot that it is on was amazing. They had everything you could think of from kitchen apparatus to things in the bedrooms and bathroom. We told them we were coming up for a birthday weekend and they were sweet enough to put a birthday balloon with their welcome card and snacks. Very thoughtful hosts. I would definitely book this house again in a heartbeat.

The best house we have ever rented!! 100% Perfect! The house inside is beautiful, cleaned and everything is labeled. We had Thanksgiving meal at this house. It had every utensil and pots and pans that we needed! The landscape was great. Enclosed yard for the dogs. The hot tub looked brand new. We will definitely rent this house again.

This property is outstanding! It was our perfect fall weather get away. The house is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The bed was comfortable and there are great little touches of thought and comfort in every room. The front porch area is great for watching the sunrise, and the backyard and surrounding property is absolutely beautiful! We used both fire pits, the hot tub and played in the creek while enjoying the gorgeous weather and beautiful leaves. It's perfectly quiet, but also close enough to town if you need something. We would recommend this host and property 10/10, we will be back!

This place was absolutely perfect. My husband and I both agreed that it was the best VRBO we have ever rented. The hot tub was fabulous, beds comfortable, kitchen was amazing and house beautifully decorated. I would recommend bringing tin foil, spices you may need, and zip locks, otherwise everything else is there. The outdoor area is amazing. Unfortunately it rained the first day we were there but we were able to enjoy it the next day. Our dog was very happy there...no leash the whole time! We all enjoyed watching the two horses and cows next door and listening to the nearby creek, just added to the whole experience of being out of the city in the country. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Thank you, Bob and Katie, for creating such a beautiful and peaceful place. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay — it was exactly what we needed to unwind and recharge. Everything was just perfect.Thank you also for the lovely birthday card and for making this place so special. You two are absolutely wonderful — kind, thoughtful, and the best hosts ever. We’ll definitely be renting this place again, hopefully for a longer stay next time. I could easily see myself working from there for a bit too; it’s just that peaceful.We loved watching the animals and soaking in the calm atmosphere — it’s truly gorgeous. If I could rate it, I’d give it 100 out of 10! Thank you again, and I hope you both have a wonderful day. I really appreciate you!

Great place to stay. Like home nothing missing to make us super cozy. Hot tub at night or coffee with the sounds of nature it was the true peaceful stay i was looking for. Thank you to our super hosts, we will stay in this lovely home again.

5 Star Immaculate Dog-Friendly, Family-Friendly Ranch

Spectacular, immaculately clean family and pet-friendly home with a phenomenal shady backyard tucked away in a peaceful rural neighborhood minutes from Payson. The home is beautifully furnished and newly renovated with high-end touches throughout. It is even more darling in person than in its photos! It has a cozy feel and uses its space well. We enjoyed the hot tub on the patio and played games at the large dining room table. This was our first time travelling with our pets as pet-friendly and family-friendly properties with fenced-in yards that welcome multiple dogs are not easy to find. Our amazing experience here will be hard to match! Our 3 small dogs felt very welcome and safe in the securely fenced front yard with toys all around. We relaxed over morning coffee on the front porch while watching the beautiful horses and cow next door. Our teen boys loved exploring the creek and helping us grill in the huge backyard. They were excited the wi-fi supported their late-night gaming marathons. Bob, our host, was very responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend this property! We would absolutely choose to stay here again: 10 out of 10!

Relax at The Ranch

We were in search of relaxation and we found it here. The yard is amazing with plenty of serene spaces. Stargazing by the fire pit, soaking in the spa, sitting near the creek, and dining outside were perfect. The beds were comfy and the adorable kitchen included everything you needed. We would definitely return and recommend!

So a lovely home

We loved every moment of our stay. Such a well kept, clean home. The home had everything and anything you could need. My only small criticism is that the fence going into the horse pasture was not secure at the bottom. I was afraid my little dog would go under and bother the horse. Other than that would definitely stay again!

Great place and time

They took all aspects one could think of and included them. It was a short trip so we left our pups at home. While there we noticed all the items they had included for dogs to join in on the trip. We will be going back at some point and take the dogs with us for a longer stay next time.

Much needed time away

What an incredible property with wonderful scenery! It was the perfect place to decompress after the crazy holidays. It allowed us to have much needed family time. The home was beautiful and in immaculate condition. The outdoor patio was amazing with plenty of seating and outdoor grill and two different fire pits, and the views were incredible. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything you need to make dinner for a large group of people. We will definitely be going back and did I mention the beds were incredibly comfy and let’s not forget the heated bathroom floors

Magical Christmas Getaway at the Ranch

Our family had an unforgettable Christmas at the Ranch with our three children—by far our favorite holiday vacation yet! The property and home were exquisitely decorated for the season, creating a truly magical atmosphere. We spent endless hours enjoying outdoor games, swinging by the creek, and exploring scenic hiking trails, thanks to Bob’s fantastic communication and detailed recommendations. He provided us with all the information we needed to make the most of our hikes and outdoor adventures. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, with no expense or accommodation spared to make our stay comfortable and special. Diamond Star Ranch

No expense or amenity spared! Beautiful home and property. The hosts take pride in their property for sure and even left a welcome note and goodie bag! Comfortable, extremely clean, beautifully designed and well stocked for all your basic needs including fun patio games and lots of seating areas. They even had plenty of balls for our pups and extra dog waste bags. Very organized, thought out and everything worked like a charm. Wish we had more time to enjoy the property. We cannot wait to go back. Thank you Bob and Kattie!
