« The check-in is contactless. It is pretty efficient but it feels strange to enter an empty large house. There is no elevator (which we were made aware of so no surprise here) and the stairs are very wide so it is very easy to move the luggage. Our room had a view on the river, but this was a bit of a stretch statement. You could see the river but if you were standing in the corner of the room! « Magnifique endroit. La chambre était propre et confortable. Nous avons éprouvé des difficultés avec le wifi (signal très faible) et l’eau était tiède à la douche. Mais dans l’ensemble c’était bien. Nous y retournerons en route vers le sud. »

« Everything about our stay at The Brafferton Inn was superb. The hosts are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the area. The location is probably the best I have seen in Gettysburg. Breakfast was lovely! We will be returning. »

« The building / Bed and Breakfast Inn…was there during the battle of Gettysburg and was used as a hospital for wounded soldiers, The rooms were very comfortable and authentic for the 19th Century giving one the feeling of traveling back in time. »

« Beautiful property and the hosts were fabulous! Super helpful as the Outlaw Festival was the main event for the weekend, and they gave us some tips and tricks for navigating traffic and such. Quiet and comfy and close to dining and the park/stadium, yet still had the B&B feel. Breakfast was so good, and the coffee, tea and cookies/snacks available 24/7 was a nice touch. « Nancy and Richard were very friendly and eager to impart their vast knowledge of farming to my wife and l. The breakfasts with samplings from the farm - fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, goat, milk, etc. were fantastic. And I apologize for the only negative thing I could say, I don’t like peas, sorry. »
