He did not respond in a timely manner, and when issues came up during our stay, we were unable to reach him until the morning of checkout even after multiple attempts to call and message. Check-in itself went smoothly, but once inside, the house was not clean. „We arrived to check in at around 7:30 p.m. , and everything was smooth and easy. The property looks exactly as shown in the photos. The lake view was absolutely gorgeous. And the rooms were cozy and clean. But the kitchen had a somewhat funky smell, and we should have brought our own knives. Over all though, we had a very relaxing stay. I would book the property again.“

„To start, the location was in a very rough neighborhood with a lot of homeless people around the house. We did not feel safe even during the day. Property needs a big renovation as the pictures do not represent reality. Things are falling apart. Rugs and couch were stained and dirty. No utensils, plates, cups and silverware.
