The location was perfect — close to everything we needed and just steps to the beach. The townhouse had everything our family could want: beach chairs, toys, cooking utensils, and plenty of space to spread out. Both the grandparents and grandkids enjoyed the comfort and convenience. A great spot for a relaxing family getaway!

While the location and beach access were fine, the property was NOT clean and coated with dust. All of the baths were caked with mold, and missing basic caulk for waterproofing in corners. The water damage was extensive. The first left bedroom up the stairs had noticeable water damage and a musty smell. We couldn’t use that entire bedroom during our stay, and sweat it out in bedroom 2 the entire time bc it had minimal airflow - no air coming from the vent. The advertised dedicated ice maker never worked (it seems at one point it leaked into the cabinet showing water damage signs), the outlet by the main tv just stopped working - great way to spend our vacation time fiddling with dead outlets. In addition, no hand soap in any of the baths, minimal paper products, and disorganized cabinets. The washing machine also didn’t work without leaving sludge on our clothes. It was missing the center agitator so we had to spray out our coated clothes and take our stuff to the beach laundromat which cost around 50. We paid a premium for this property, and surprise! Vacasa was no help from day 1. We sat on hold hours trying to get some help with some of these missing “amenities”. Finally, our last day, a worker on the unit next to us asked us to vacate the patio for the day bc they were scheduled to the jackhammer the balcony wall above us for 6-7 hours due to a defect and leak! It was scheduled via HOA for all properties one at a time, yet Vacasa let us book! Ruined our vacation. :(

This rental is absolutely perfect! Was great for our family spring break trip. The stroller was such a helpful addition for our daily walks. All the beach toys were great for our daughter and not to mention the extremely short walk to the beach. The apartment has so much room! We will definitely be back!

From start to finish our trip was AMAZING! Loved that all we needed to bring was our clothes and personal hygiene items. Everything else was already there for our use
even yeti cups which we got lots of use out of Our family also found the big kitchen with all the cooking utensils we needed very nice Will definitely be recommending this lovely condo to our family and friends

Even though we experienced the historic snowstorm during our visit
 it didn’t hamper our stay at this beautiful beachfront home. Breathtaking views! We saw dolphins swimming by from the living room. Really can’t beat the location. The home was roomy and comfortable. I would love to come back but maybe not during a snowstorm next time.

I've been coming to pensacola beach for the past 14 years. This is the first time we have stayed here. By far this is the best place to stay. Litterally 25 steps to the ramp and another 30 steps to the beach. Spacious as we had 6 adults and 1 2 year old.

This is our 2nd time staying here. They have everything you need—beach toys, beach chairs, tent, inside toys and games for kids, kitchen appliances, etc. Everything is so clean. You can’t beat the location! We look forward to our stay here every year.

Plenty of room for all of us. Pots and pans big enough for a shrimp boil. Chairs, towels, coolers, everything you need to take to the beach! Perfect location near shopping and groceries and eating out. Perfect view of the beach. Only thing to complain about was dishwasher did not work so had to do alot of hand washing on vacation lol and the dryer needs some attention, it had to run 3 cycles to dry anything. Its full of sand and lint from the looks of it. We had the best time at this location!

Our uncle had a condo 2 doors down years ago and we wanted to get our family from Chicago and Dallas together again for a family reunion. The condo was a amazing! The beach was fantastic and had complimentary beach chair service! There was so much room and the porch was incredible for watching sunrises and sunsets. There was hardly anyone there! We had the beach to ourselves!!

This house was perfect for our girls weekend getaway. The check-in process was super easy. They had everything we needed. And we were only STEPS away from the beach. It was spacious. Warm, inviting, sunny, quiet, and close to all of our favorite restaurants we like from that area. We WILL be back again and again.

Property needs to be refreshed. During our stay, we had no internet, the toilets didn't flush properly, clogged tub drain, and HVAC did not work on the main floor. The property also needs deep cleaning since it is pet friendly.

Abbiamo scelto questa casa sul mare perchĂš siamo due famiglie con 4 bambini e volevamo riposare Il giorno prima dell'arrivo ci Ăš stato comunicato che l'aria condizionata era rotta e proposto una soluzione alternativa in un grande condominio lontano dal mare. Abbiamo rifiutato, abbiamo parlato con il responsabile della casa per altre soluzioni e siamo andati sul posto in agenzia ma non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di assistenza, quindi abbiamo dovuto accettare la casa che avevamo prenotato ma senzsa aria condizionata era davvero invivibile. Inoltre sul posto abbiamo visto dal libro degli ospiti che l'aria era giĂ  rotta la settimana prima del nostro arrivo anche se noi siamo stati avvisati all'ultimo momento. Molto scorretti

It truly is the perfect spot. No need to bring ANYTHING with you. It is all supplied. Nice amenities. Steps from the beach. Cleanliness could have been stepped up. Sheets weren’t clean, lots of debris under couches, trash left in garage upon arrival. Some of those things would have normally set me off and truly for the amount of money being paid, those issues should have been addressed. It was the 2nd anniversary of my husband’s death, so the issues paled in comparison however, you may want to take it into consideration.

Very nice and clean place with a great layout. Right on the beach with lots to do within walking distance. Veiws were amazing from many places in the house and on the decks. Quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend and will be back!
