UN INCONTOURNABLE !_ Si vous voyez ce condo ouvert pour la semaine de vacances de votre famille cet été, RÉSERVEZ RAPIDEMENT! 5003 au Islander est un GEM! Beaucoup de temps est passé dans cette unité et ça se voit! L'entrée du patio est du salon ainsi que de la chambre principale. TV LCD / HD 42 "dans le salon. Superbe table en bois pour 6 personnes dans la salle à manger où vous avez une vue DIRECTE sur le golfe. Profitez du petit-déjeuner, du déjeuner et du dîner autour de cette table élégante tout en ayant les immenses portes de balcon en verre vous offrant les vues les plus incroyables. Profitez des nuits en famille ici en 5003, après une journée grillée et amusante sur la plage, vous êtes assuré d'être épuisé. Blottissez-vous dans ce salon confortable et allumez un film, il ne faudra pas longtemps pour que tout le monde s'endorme profondément. Profitez de la chambre principale du GULF FRONT en vous réveillant au moins une fois pour regarder un lever de soleil en Floride depuis le lit !! C'est à cela que sert la relaxation. L'unité 5003 est une unité de coin sans voisins à l'ouest, vous offrant une sérénité supplémentaire pendant le temps du balcon. It was a nice condo, but could use acouple of touch ups like new screen doors. I have stayed here twice now and it was in a nice location.

Wonderful stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at The Islander. Our accommodations were just what we needed with beautiful Gulf of Mexico views. The white sand beach was amazing and Ian, our beach attendant, was outstanding! Condo in low-key area, but close to restaurants, grocery store and more. Looking forward to coming back!

Though circumstances were difficult…family burial…broken ankle…we truly enjoyed our stay! So much so that plans were being made before we even left! Family is important to us! It was just what we all needed!

The property is perfect for white sugar sand beach living with its gorgeous location on the Gulf. It is clean and we were so pleased with the upgrades made from last year. Thank you owners for the new couch - new dishwasher- new washing machine and many new pots and pans for cooking delightful Florida meals. Brooks and Shorey provide great service whenever we need anything. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a pleasant vacation experience.

Beautiful place- everything was great. The unit air conditioning broken, warm inside. Hannah took the phone call and was extremely helpful and very professional. Ac company equally professional ! Unfortunately, we had a sick kid inside and felt a little awkward with having someone in the unit because it did take him all day to fix. I feel like someone should check during cleaning that all that is in working order. Especially since you check in so late on the first day. But honestly- Hannah was fantastic.

We have enjoyed the last two years at excellent headquartersin the Islander 5003 very much. The property is clean and well maintained. We commend the owner for providing fine new washer and dishwasher and living room couch for convenience and comfort this winter. Brooks and Shorey have been very attentive to our needs while here Jan. Feb. And Mar. We have recommended them to other snowbirds for their great service. We are fortunate for restaurants close by like Stewbys fish house on Santa Rosa and German Wursthaus on Miracle Strip Pky. We love how close we are to First Baptist Church ⛪️ here worshiping with wonderful friends weekly. We are very happy here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful family vacation in this 3 bedroom/3 bath condo. The view of the ocean was perfect and it has very nice decor. The one area that could use improvement is the kitchen. It could use a deep cleaning. The bottom oven drawer had crumbs and some of the cabinets need to be wiped down on the inside. Many items in the cabinets had to be washed before using because they were dirty, some possibly because they weren’t used in a long time but others looked as though the dishwasher wasn’t run and dirty dishes were unloaded into the cabinets. Lastly, the pots and pans could really use an upgrade. They looked old and were mismatched and the fry pans were warped and didn’t sit on the stove flat. Also, needs a new knife set, they were mismatched and not sharp. We had to buy knives to use while there. Overall, the unit was clean and comfortable and very nice, the kitchen just needs a little extra attention. I would definitely stay here again.

Great family place.

Overall, this is a great condo and will definitely return to it. It is very spacious for our family of 7, and plenty of beds. A couple of thoughts to better accommodate future guests, kitchen is not well stocked with utensils. Dishwasher needs updating. Found the coffee table had a broken leg when tried to move it to use sofa bed, and arm of dinning room chair is broken. Also, carpet in living room needed to be vacuumed.

Beautiful condo, location perfect for reading books, listening to the waves, and the balcony cover keeps dry even in a storm. Be careful going from inside to balcony. The threshold is much taller than you expect. We got in a habit of laughing while saying "UP UP"! It's a toe stumping kind of threshold. It's main purpose is to keep the home sealed during storms/hurricanes. We put a red object in front of it to remind us to step high. It could use glow in the dark caution on it. UP UP is now a fun reminder of our great vacation!

Great View

Property is very nice. The view is great. The only issue we had was the oven was not working. Found out this was a known problem that was not fixed. Also, dishwasher missing roller on bottom tray. Did not always release soap and clean dishes. Stove was replaced after I called.
