Very close to beach

We loved this location. We loved every single thing about this condo. It’s very close to beach, pool just steps away, sleeps many people, and very nice inside!!!! Great price!!!!

Perfect for our needs!

This location & beach access couldn't get any better! This is an older property, but is nice and clean with large rooms. We liked the nostalgia of the old school low rise condo. Lots of room to spread out on the beach and super close to the Florabama. Would definitely stay here again!

Beach getaway

Very spacious and new washer and dryer to add to the mix! The unit is right in front of the pool, which we loved! Short walk straight to the beach. We had a wonderful time! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay however the items on the beach like chairs and unbrella wasn’t made clear on usa

Check in time should be @ 11:30 - 12:00 AM - check out 11:30. That’s three days otherwise we are feeling shortages.

Noticed a good improvement in the grounds and fencing of the property over last year. Maintenance workers are working shows. Had issue with freezer on the last day and called Signature Properties at 4:30 to let them know. Had a service technician come right out and fix problem. Far surpassed our expectations!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first condo that my husband commented that he wouldn't mind staying in the same unit in the future! The pictures don't do justice how pretty and clean the interior was. Each balcony and unit was very private and not a lot of people everywhere. The less crowded beach was fantastic as we don't like to be in the hustle and bustle of things. Downsides were that the bed in the main King room was clearly a cheap mattress and was not comfortable but it didn't hurt my back so that's good, and the washer and dryer are very outdated and in need of replacing (I did one load of laundry and washed the clothes again when we got home).There were plenty of linens but I suggest to pack extra trash bags and dishwasher detergent - there was only one extra trash bag and one detergent.Even with the uncomfortable bed, I would stay here again - the pros outweigh the cons.I had to contact the management company at one point and Julie was a delight to speak with. The instructions were clear in the emails and texts as well.

Great Condo, Large Pool and Private Beach Area

The property though older was up to date, clean and well maintained. The beach was great, especially the fact this is a smaller set of condos which gave us lots of room at the beach. Having access to the River side, tennis courts and additional pool was an added bonus. We stayed in Condo B11 and would definitely reccomend. The condo was updated, had everyting we needed in the kitchen and was very comfortable. Only improvements needed was to update the washer and dryer, it was very old and noisy, and a longer shower curtain in the common bathroom. This did not distract from the condo or the vacation, just updates that needs to happen.

This unit is on the bottom floor and 100% accessible with ease from the ample parking area right out front. It was so easy to get luggage and groceries in! The pool is right off the back balcony so we were able to literally sit on the balcony and be “at” the pool with our kids while they were swimming. We stay at vacation rentals usually 3-4 times a year and this unit, by far, was the cleanest, most well-stocked unit we’ve ever stayed in. Plenty of room for our party of 5, but the unit can easily sleep up to 10 folks.The entire property was beautifully clean, and quiet...not crowded, even being the last week of summer before school starting. We also loved the proximity to all the things we did while there. It’s a great central location that’s not busy. Easy walking distance (about 1⁄4 mile) to Flora-Bama for a bite to eat when we didn’t feel like driving.Julie at Signature Properties was very responsive and always helpful with any questions we had from start to finish. This was just a great experience and I highly recommend this unit at Needle Rush Point.
