Wanted to share a little feedback with you about our experience that has made our stay less comfortable than previous years. First off the fishy smell in the condo that was coming from the refrigerator, which we do appreciate the compensation for that issue but no one ever came to clean it so we had to make a trip to purchase a baking soda deodorizer to put in the fridge. That didn’t help btw. Also, had we known the pool area wld be shut down and that we wld have to leave our vehicle in an uncovered lot, across the street, we wld have reconsidered booking with Windermere. We have stayed several years prior and never had any issues. This trip has made us reconsider ever booking with Windermere in the future.
