Very clean and well maintained property, the dock and other pieces of the property were damaged during a tropical storm and the owners had it all fixed within a day! Very quiet neighborhood which was lovely.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The waterfront location was beautiful, and it was the perfect base for boating. It is close to Crab Island, Pensacola, and all the nearby attractions. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax after a day on the water.We even left our boat parked in the driveway for a day and felt completely comfortable doing so. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book it again. Highly recommend!

Awesome stay, so peaceful and quiet, we enjoyed our time there sitting on the patio watching the lightning storms. My husband and I were visiting our son and grandchildren in Pace which was not far from this property. We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet.Everything we needed was provided and we had no issues at all.Thank you for sharing your beautiful home away from home for us.We were not able to take advantage of the kayaks, but maybe next time.

We loved the house and had such a great time. It was so relaxing to be in an actual home and the view was beautiful. The home was extremely clean and in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely recommend and stay there again with the opportunity.

We specifically stayed there for the ability to kyack and enjoy the water veiw. It was quiet and a very safe neighborhood to walk.

5th year staying at this property!

This was our 5th year staying here and this was by far the best yet! Very peaceful and relaxing trip. Caught a few fish and had a wonderful time. Already looking forward to next year staying here!

This property was perfect for our family getaway to visit our family nearby. It is so relaxing and peaceful to be able to just sit and fish from the dock or sit onthe back porch. Very homey and comfortable space for a family to visit. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the owners for providing such a welcoming environment also!
