Hello Adhini, sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us. Despite our best efforts to upgrade you, your family of 6 booked a room without a kitchen and I understand that you were upset by this. Unfortunately, we only have one other room at the three properties that sleeps 6 and has a kitchen. That room was occupied during your one night with us.We hope you consider staying with us again. If so, please book the Executive Suite, which has a full kitchen and room for 6 to sleep very comfortably.Thank you,Scott

The weather stripping on the door could be replaced. I could see daylight. It was a bit chilly and I couldn’t find the thermostat for the baseboard heat. Otherwise nice place. The hot tub was nice. Price was good and it was perfect for my needs. I always tend to go for the low end. I’m just looking for a place to sleep.

We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by a really nice lady. She told us all about the restaurants and facilities in the area. She recommended places and things to do in penticton. What a treat it was to have someone knowledgeable available. The room was very clean and fresh. We were very comfortable. Sorry we could not stay longer, but we will return for sure.

i loved that this property was directly accross the street from a beautiful park and a short walking distance to the lake. It is a little bit dated, but acceptable at the price.

The room wasn’t clean. The sofa bed was stained. The blanket were were left wasn’t clean. The kitchen sink was dirty. The fridge intermittently leaked water on the floor. A large clump of dog hair in front of the sofa bed. Very tight parking spots. Poor looked dirty, unappealing. The only good thing was that the air conditioner worked, @although it was very loud. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Terribly overpriced!!!

Perfect location with a 1960's family vibe. Not a Hilton or Hyatt, just a good little old fashioned motel by the beach. Staff were very friendly, bubbly, and made you feel like all your requests were no problem, no bother. We will be returning next year for sure.
