« The staff was very friendly the room when i first entered had water running from the faucet, all the way down to the floor. There were maintenance tools in the bathroom as well and after the maintenance employee assured me that the room was ready for habitation, the hot water was shut off in the bathroom sink. The hallway smelled of cigarettes in a smoke free hotel. Staff was than able to offer me a room change and were very friendly and apologetic due to the conditions of the room. »

« This was a basic stay we needed while attending our son’s state track meet. It was enough and acceptable. No frills but a good place to lay our heads down. Lots of options in the area so it was a good situation. »

« The pictures for this property are false advertising. When you drive up, it is apparent this is a motel and it is being used as both an extended and short term by various people. Take from that what you will. Felt extremely unsafe. The staff seem uninterested at check in, almost like I was bothering them. Ultimately, I left and ended up staying at another hotel altogether out of concerns for my safety and the safety of my rental car overnight. »

I ended up paying for a room we didn't use, because the cancellation period was no longer applicable once (24 hours before arrival), and the pictures provided of the property did NOT represent what we saw and experienced. There were a number of safety concerns that made this hotel unworkable for us. The side door (where we were told to park as it was closest to our room) had an electronic key lock for security, but it was propped open and didn't close properly when I...
