„The Casita was wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. I had no hesitation parking my car in the turn around out front. The bed was comfortable and the shower is hot with good pressure. The Internet was a little slow and the air conditioning is achieved from a couple of those rolling portable units that generate a constant hum in the place. Neither detracted from my stay but noted in case they're important to someone else.“

„This cute little house was perfect for a short family stay. It was sparkling clean, the linens were upgraded, and the furniture in the living room was great for family conversations and movie-watching. The backyard is large and enclosed, with ample grass for playtime with the dog.There is no washer/dryer, so a short stay is warranted, but the kitchen is adequately equipped for cooking. We have stayed here before on family visits to Albuquerque and consider it our "go-to" place. “

"Vor dem Check in gab es keine Möglichkeit das Hotel zu kontaktieren. Eine eMail-Adresse wird nicht veröffentlicht, die angegebene Fax-Nr. antwortet nicht und auch eine Kontaktaufnahme über Instagram wird nicht beantwortet. Selbst der General Manager Miquel Munoz antwortet nicht auf eine freundliche Anfrage über LinkedIn. Letztlich steht nur eine Telefonnummer zur Verfügung, das für manche Gäste auf Grund der Sprachbarriere einfach keine Option darstellt. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es keine Begrüßung an der Hotelvorfahrt, kein Valet Service, kein Gepäckwagen. Letztlich haben wir uns alles selbst besorgt und unser Auto ausgeladen. Das war kein komfortabler erster Eindruck. Sensationell herzlich war dann aber der Empfang an der Rezeption. Absolut großartig und unser Herz lachte wieder. Auch Anthony und Kendall verdienten in den Folgetagen ein extra Lob für seine Unterstützung. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit Balkon für 4 Nächte. Das Zimmer war mit schönem Ausblick, groß, sehr sauber und ordentlich klimatisiert. Die Betten waren total bequem und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage des Hotels unmittelbar an der Altstadt ist perfekt und auch das naheliegende Sawmill bietet hervorragende Möglichkeiten über den Tag hinweg ganz unterschiedliches Essen zu genießen. Fazit: Das Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town ist sicherlich die erste Adresse in Albuquerque, hat aber deutliche Schwächen im Service sowie der Wertschtzung und in Bezug des Komforts für die Gäste."
