Electricity is not included and is charged separately through a 7700W prepaid electricity token system. This allows longer stay guests to pay according to their actual electricity usage. Personal laundry service is also not included, although local laundry services with pickup and delivery are available nearby.

The villa is located in a residential neighborhood with normal local community activity. As with most tropical destinations, occasional insects or mosquitoes may be present. Regular pest control is carried out, and guests are encouraged to keep doors closed when using air conditioning.
